I saw a vehicle online that had recently been reduced in price so I called to inquire . They immediately wanted to take a $500 deposit so I could drive... 300 MI to view the vehicle. I worked with Rob we agreed on a price contingent upon me driving it. Applied for financing and was told the next day I was approved and they would get me the details soon. 2 days later I don't hear back so I call.now I'm told the vehicle needs $1,000 worth of work. I say I'll buy it if they lower the price we agree on 500 lower. A couple more days go by I still don't hear back from Rob. I never do. I contact Jimmy in finance and he tells me they don't want to do the deal because they're not making enough money. but he promises to see what he can do and will call me back. I never hear from him again. I contact Erica, then I'm told they will only sell for cash. No financing. Call back later talk to a manager Jason, he now tells me vehicle needs $4,000 worth of work and they refused to sell it to the public. Bottom line, the story changes with every person. I feel they are extremely untrustworthy and recommend everyone beware.
Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good... deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!

Bought a 2015 dodge charger,month later they tell me need new tires,was supposed to be certified,ha, took in for oil change,they tell me need new air filter,just... replced day before,wow! 3rd vehicle bought from here,plan on purchasing a new charger in next 2 years and WILL not buy here ever again!!!!!
When I walked into the dealership to the used car manager yelling at the top of his lungs at another employee for a sale she had made, I should have known... this experience would not be one I would remember fondly. I strongly encourage others away from this dealer as actively as I can, hoping they avoid the same pushy, take-advantage-of-the-customer experience that I had. Several examples besides the aforementioned shouting match between the two employees include: 1. When I was informed of the value of a truck I was trading in, it seemed low compared to the KBB value. When I asked the used car manager, Dave Luciani, if they could possibly go lower on the price of the car I was purchasing, he responded by yelling, "If you want to see a price go down, I can lower the offer on that truck you have!" 2. In addition to the car i bought, I also purchased an extended warranty. However, I received absolutely no paperwork pertaining to that warranty. 3. After purchasing the car and getting it home, I had a case of "buyer's remorse" and called to ask what policy was is place in the case of such an event. I was informed by Mr. Luciani (very loudly) that I was "lucky to get such a nice car for such a low price" and I was "lucky he even took the truck and he shouldn't have even given me as much for it as he did". He also voiced that I should be grateful to him for giving me such a nice car. I was informed there is nothing they would do to help me because I signed the contract and the sale was final. I understand the Iowa state law has no "buyer's remorse" period for car sales, and the KCC does not either. I took the awful deal they offered and that is my own fault, however it does not excuse the way I was treated throughout the entire affair. Between the lack of professionalism and pushy sales pitches, I do not recommend this shady dealership to anyone. I tried to contact the owner/president, Dale Zude, via phone several times to address this situation and was told he "does not take those kind of calls". I sent a letter voicing my concerns and discontent with the way I was treated and the deal I was given to Mr. Zude. The letter has been ignored the same way all the calls were. This dealership claims to pride itself on taking care of it's customers and, directly from their website, they claim "We know our job isn't finished until you're completely satisfied." Obviously, this is the farthest thing from the truth. I will continue to actively encourage those in the Quad City area to do their car shopping elsewhere, at dealerships who take pride in the work they do and the customer care they provide.
