I recently purchased a certified GMC Terrain from Junction Auto. I worked with Russ Wheeler and found that Russ is a country gentleman with a vast source of knowledge about vehicles. He was very honest and straight forward in this approach in matching a vehicle to my needs. I also found that their financing department and service department (I had a dealer installed option on my Terrain) were very professional in all aspects of the transaction. I look forward to a long and beneficial relation with Junction Auto.

Don’t pay for a warranty from this place.

Don’t pay for a warranty from this place. Total scam ripoff They don’t cover anything 2200$ extra for their warranty and they won’t cover bolts falling off the exhaust or exhaust leaks after three years on a brand new truck A 15$ bolt and they try to charge 300$ extra

I bought my dream car a Dodge Challenger at Junction Auto

I bought my dream car a Dodge Challenger at Junction Auto a while back, and Mike Simpson did a great job helping me find the perfect one. Mike was easy to work with and everything went smooth. He was able to answer any questions that I had, and overall, it was a positive experience. I also leased a GMC Canyon and over on the GMC side its just as good as dodge. Andrew Pleso helped me today when I decided to keep my lease because I LOVE MY TRUCK. I have used the service departments on both sides of the dealership multiple times and every experience has been positive. They even have vending machines and comfortable chairs in the waiting area. I would also like to say that when it came to the financing paper signing part I met with Ray Puzder and he was a really nice, down to earth guy and he was also really chill and easy to work with. Overall I have had an entirely positive experience coming to Junction Auto whether its to buy a car or get service, I always leave happy and satisfied. I can sleep better tonight knowing my car situation is figured out for the time being. But, the next time I need a car, or anyone I know needs a car, I'm going to send them to Junction auto all the sales people are great and legit from what i've seen. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like change and i've already got my guy at Junction I'll be calling you Mike Simpson

I have bought and have been using Junctions service

I have bought and have been using Junctions service department for 5+ years and I must say up until 2020 I never had a bad experience. The last 2 years I have had a lug nut fall off while driving. The last tire rotation the technician hand tightens all 5 lug nuts on the driver side front wheel which I had to pull over and tighten myself. I asked for license plate LED replacement bulbs and was told for both the cost was close to 500$ when in turn they were looking at the Head light replacements (I would guess) I asked to have the washer nozzle replaced and found that the Technician broke the existing nozzle while replacing the defective nozzle. also, the washer fluid bottle was dry and not sure how the replacement and functionality worked after?? They state that the service department will do an inspection of the vehicles when dropped off, all tires were under preasure, not sure if they checked any other fluids besides completing my oil change. I believe that mistakes can happen but this is strike 3 and will find sales and service from another dealer.

Regarding service on our Cherokee, Greg Dines is caring, professional and committed to giving his person attention. He is an outstanding Junction Auto representative. We have never been disappointed with Greg. Keep him!

First oil change and ceramic touch up appointment. Ashley Richardson checked me in. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Work was performed at a 5 star level, my vehicle left the body shop in great shape, paper floor mats were put down by the service dept. and i didn't wait very long at all. At checkout, I was informed that my first oil change was free of charge and the ceramic coating was included in my option warranty. I was also escorted to my vehicle by Ashley when I left! I couldn't ask for a better dealer service experience! If I could award more stars, I would! Mark Musca
