Toyota looking better all the time

My issue was with service department, namely Kyle white. I was on a road trip and had gotten stuck and need to and got towed to whisler Chevrolet this is on a Friday. After looking at my car and diagnosing it I was losing power and my car was dead Kyle said there's mechanic found that there were some aftermarket parts put on my cables and there was a switch that was cut for taking off and that he needs to order the part I'll be in tomorrow and hopefully that would fix the problem. I go rent a room a motel 6 which I got ripped off wake up the next day go to Chevrolet walk to the Chevrolet even though they had a have a shuttle service only for Kyle to tell me that he didn't order the part and it wasn't on the truck and that I have to stay there till Tuesday oh but how bad he felt quack. So I go rent this extremely expensive hotel for the next however many days four days or whatever go back to Chevrolet on Tuesday rare he proceeded to tell me that there was some way that it could be my AC and there was some wires that were cut blah blah blah one thing there were no wires cut it was the wires that were cut from the sensor so the new sensor could have been easily hooked up to those wires my incision was good he said it was my alternator which I had had replaced two weeks prior so I've already spent $300 on a hotel that I didn't need to because he forgot to order the part I had a warranty on the alternator so they didn't have to pay for that part and from having it put in before I know it doesn't take very good tasting maybe an hour or two put in so while my dog and I are sitting outside the service department 4 hours on end not one time did anyone asked if we needed something to drink asked if we were okay I pretty much had to go in there and ask him when my car was going to be ready what was going on with my car mind you it's like a hundred degrees outside and that one time did anyone ask you to bring you even need anything to drink so if you can help it don't go to this whisler Chevrolet service department because they will burn you like a super bad sunburn very dissatisfied irritated still ripped off and boot my car still isn't holding a charge suddenly, they know what they're doing.

Great Buying experience

This was the second we purchased a vehicle. Tre was our salesperson both time. He worked with for almost a year before the right vehicle and the right time hit at the same time! Tre never gave up on on us. He is always willing to help with the technology. Ana was our closing person. She was great also. She made the closing very easy. will always recommend Tre and Whistlers

Sold out from under me

Contacted this dealership about a car listed. Was told it just came in and was going to the service shop to be cleaned up and looked over. I told them it was exactly the vehicle I was looking for and I would be looking forward to hearing back from them. Next email I received was one telling me it was purchased by someone else. Terrible customer experience, and I will not be back.

Check engine light after <2,000 miles

Everything was great with the purchase and delivery, Except that the check engine light came on after < 2,000 miles and the tires were badly cupped and weathered. Wish I’d have looked closer at the tires and checked maintenance history.

Long distance trust!!!

We had a very good experience buying a used vehicle from Whisler. Austyn was our salesman, and his representation of the vehicle was excellent, direct, and thorough. Since we were 1200 miles away, we needed clear and close up pictures and videos. The ones Austyn provided were excellent. He showed the pros and cons which we appreciated, so we knew exactly what to expect. They picked us up at the airport, paperwork was all ready, finalized the sale promtly. Great Service While Traveling

Thank you Whisler Chevrolet for your great service... While traveling from MT for the National High School Finals Rodeo, my 2015 Duramax had major problems... The service staff at Whisler were courteous, knowledgeable and performed excellent service... Curt, the best diesel mechanic in WY and his sidekick Colby, did a great job in getting our family back on the road as possible... Jessie, the service manager, was also awesome to work with as were all the employees of the service department... You guys are the best! Thank you, Louie

Great experience

Went in for a used suv always hated the so called buying experience. I would rather have a root canal. Not this time, Ben was courteous and had me in and gone without all the run around. I would recommend Whistler to all my friends!!!
