If I could I would leave a 0 star review.

If I could I would leave a 0 star review. I purchased a $77,000 suburban z71. My sales associate Cody was excellent. It was a rainy dreary day so not much time was spent going over the vehicle. I got home and noticed a dent in the rear door. 50 miles on the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and was told to have a pointless dent company fix it and i would be reimbursed. I did exactly that and sent them the invoice. They said it was to much $250.00 and said they would give me $100. Played good cop bad cop with the manager and finance guy. I just bought a 77k vehicle and they were going to fight me on this. I told them to keep their money and lose my #. I would never take a vehicle there, nor step foot into that dealership again. Worst car buying experience in my life. Losing $10,000 worth of service work over $150.00 tells you what they are really about...

Great Place to buy a car

A+ service and sales. i would come back again! The service side is great. Bodyshop is the top shop around in Meadville area! Can't say enough good things about community Chevrolet.

BEWARE CHECK TURN SIGNALS AND OIL LEAKS

BEWARE. COMMUNITY CHEVROLET PURCHASED we a 2021 silverado 5.3 8 speed crew cab one year ago With 15,000 miles on it. After three oil changes and each oil change company telling me the oil pan is seeping a little bit ,with always checking oil level to be safe , I finally made an appointment to take it in for a check. Well today the service department tells me it’s 2,100.00 to change the oil pan that has a vertical crack and I must have hit something. I asked how could that have happened ,because I’m sure , I would remember running over something that somehow got past the plastic protection plate , I said plastic and cracked the casted aluminum pan 4” up from the protection plate. Also I asked how it passed a pa state inspection when nether the right or left turn signal cancels after a turn. When picking up I asked if the turn signal was repaired and he said let’s check and the service person put on signal , turned the wheel and it stayed on flashing which presents a hazard. Then I proceeded to leave with the turn signals and leaking pan. So much for the warranty. Ok it’s been a year and the truck was not used that much do to my health ,I will take the blame for taking it in so late however I was hospitalized and had bigger problems to deal with at the time.I believe this truck had a crack in the pan and the turn signals didn’t work at purchase. Will see how tomorrows call to this dealer goes.

STAY AWAY!!!

Bought 50 thousand dollar plus Silverado and made a huge mistake by purchasing a 1500 dollar tonneau cover from this place!! It leaked from day one, my husband was back up there 3 times, sat at least 2 hours each time. Problem was never resolved!! Still leaks. Upon last inquiry they said they have done all they can do!! So in other words they do not back their sales!! STAY AWAY!!
