Sauers was a fairly good dealership.

Sauers was a fairly good dealership. I flew up to Indiana from out of state, they sent a really nice driver to pick me up, and then dropped me off at the dealership. As someone who has very little experience with snow, I loved it. I enjoyed driving in the snow and seeing it. The 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 I bought was in decent condition and while they would not come down the price for the heavy rust on the undercarriage for being a low mileage truck, I could understand. What I did not appreciate (and this is my fault) is that they left me with 1/10 tank of Def (mind you I had an 800-mile drive home), the check engine light came on immediately once I got on the road, and there was an awful rattle noise (that still exist) in the front driver dash that only appears once you get above 50MPH. Now, I know this dealership has driven the truck above 50MPH, so I know that it was known. I figured, with a 12-month bumper to bumper warranty, that would be covered.... I was wrong. So, I learned that if there is ANY issue with the truck, get it IN WRITING that it can be fixed at no cost as a local GM certified dealership before driving off the lot. I will give a shout out to my sales rep George. Super professional, nice, and very personable. I am just disappointed in the dealership as a whole to not at least make me aware that 1. these issues were not discussed prior to signage and 2. they did not fill of the def exhaust tank on a $50,000 vehicle.

I took my 2021 GMC Terrain in for an oil change & tire

I took my 2021 GMC Terrain in for an oil change & tire rotation. My bill was $111.76 after a $5 off coupon. I had dropped off my vehicle before they opened. Right away I received a phone call asking if I wanted them to service my fuel injectors, engine & cabin air filters. I declined. When my vehicle was done, I paid over the phone. After doing so I went on my GMC app to make sure the oil life was reset & it was. But to my surprise my low tire I had when I dropped it off was still the same. Which means they didn't check any of the tire pressures! That is part of a tire rotation. Did they even rotate my tires? I called them back regarding this. They did then fill my tires - over inflating every one of them! That same day I rec'd coupons in the mail for my vehicle. I could have gotten 10% off which would have been $11.60 off. I had called asking if they would honor the coupon & they said no. This is very poor customer service. Why weren't those coupons attached to my account? They were for my vehicle. The worst part is my sister went to Bosak Chevrolet in Michigan City for an oil change & tire rotation on her Suburban which cost $94.95. She has 8 quart of oil - mine is only 6 quarts. So, if I went to Bosak it would have been $84.45 for the same service. And that is before any coupons. And Bosak takes competitor coupons. I really got ripped off! My family bought 2 brand new cars within 1-1/2 months & then came back 4 months later & bought another car. We always came back to the dealership for all oil changes. I have to say that is going to change now.

I had purchased a new truck on September 1st.

I had purchased a new truck on September 1st. My salesman was supposed to deliver it to me later that day, but he had sent me a text instead and said that he got busy with other customers. He was great until he got my money. That was 3 months ago and I am still waiting on my owners manual so that we can read about how to set the cruise, radio functions, remote starting etc in order to drive this new truck. My free Sirusxm 90 day period has now expired, and we have yet to even use it as we have no idea how to. I have continued to ask for all of my paperwork from this new truck purchase. It still sits in our driveway. I have called, stopped out there, and emailed this Jim Wright numerous times now

I began my search for a truck a month ago and when I

I began my search for a truck a month ago and when I called to check on the Sierra 1500 I eventually bought, I had no idea what this process would bring. I visited two days later and met Jim Wright who took me through the vehicle with such ease and professionalism. Coming to an agreement on price and then dealing with Roger Moffat was just as good. By the end of the week I took delivery and it was a flawless experience. Thank you!

Recently purchased a 2018 Chevy after being told to never

Recently purchased a 2018 Chevy after being told to never purchase a vehicle from Sauers. Turned out they were right. Van had three different brand tires, only one fob, and a small crack in the windshield. When I picked up my paperwork, I tried to tell Jim Wright about my problems, and he simply said he didn't want to talk about it and said to call the sales manager, that he didn't want to get involved. The salesman was A.J. They will do and say anything to screw you!! Stay away!!
