My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees. I will definitely recommend all my friends and relatives to deal with Brighton Ford. Thank you, Brighton Ford. You deserve more than five stars.
Very bad experience with Mike Bellant
My 72-year old mother purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer with Brighton Ford last week. The navigation system was not yet set up. Mike Bellant had told her that he'd look into it to see what he could do for her. He called this Sunday afternoon informing her that setting up the navigation system just wouldn't be possible. This made her very upset because she just assumed it would be taken care of. Which, to me, is fine. Mike didn't do anything wrong there. I'm sure he looked into it like he said he would. What upsets me is how she felt after speaking with him over the phone. She called me (I live out of state) very upset claiming that he wouldn't let her finish talking and felt like he was speaking down to her, which I have no proof of whatsoever, only her account of the story. Then, when Mike returned my phone call, he sounded quite aggressive. He immediately cut me off, and when I said, "don't cut me off, Mike," he said, "you, don't cut me off. Is your name on the contract? Then legally, I don't have to speak with you." And hung up. To many people, Mike Bellant did nothing wrong here. I can see that, I get it. He's a car salesman. He sells cars, and he's probably very good at it. But, when I spoke with Mike directly on the phone, he came off as very rude and unprofessional. It's quite clear to me that when Mike gets on the defensive, he doesn't seem to treat people very well. Sorry Mike, but this is just no way to treat customers.

Absolutely not. Went yesterday to discuss a cash sale of a used car and/or financing a 2018 focus or like. Wound up with Mike and Tina. Gave very specific requirements for cash sale on the used, and payment, terms, trade in circumstances, etc on the new. They tell me they have a demo model car that fits my needs. I explain it is far more car than I need, but if it fits my parameters, I will look at it. 1.5 hours, a test drive and three rounds with the finance guy and the best they can do is twice what I told them I'd pay for new, and six times more than the used car. Why waste both of our time? Then the finance guy comes over like I'm crazy for even thinking I could have that payment amount. I didnt even ask to see this car, pal...this is what they told me would work. Was told my gray car is an unsafe color but the more expensive blue would be safer (really?) and then when I was able to test drive the used car, was told the well researched known, documented transmission shudder wasnt a shudder...but the personality of the engine. I guess dumb girl mustve been written on my face somewhere. After I was told I couldnt get what I wanted on the new car they had "hand selected so I got the most car for the lowest amount", I was given no other options except the used car. Today Mike called to discuss financing for the used car, after I told them i wanted the lowest out the door cash price. Are yall even listening, or just pushing cars you get salesperson incentives on? I was fully prepared to purchase that used vehicle today, but I will never do business with Brighton Ford again.

Brighton ford sells frame damaged vehicles
Brighton ford sold me a frame damaged vehicle without disclosing it in 2014. I just found out this summer.I went to a dealer this summer looking to trade in my truck and found out brighton ford bought it from an auction after it was announced as having frame damage. Wonder if Brighton Ford will make it right. I'm still trying to figure out what to do about it.

Sales great - Service is awful
I have a new vehicle that has had 3 defects and it has been impossible to get it serviced here in a timely professional manner. Will never buy from them or recommend them..
