If I could give zero i would.
If I could give zero i would. Purchased a 2017 Yukon in 2022. Went to trade it in at another dealer to find out it's been in 2 accidents and 1 being severe. Everything on this vehicle has been replaced..oh and the accidents occurred in 2018. So 4 years before purchasing the vehicle it was in a sever accident. Went to Dunn and pretty much was told I'm out of luck. Tim the manager complained he had to spend $44.99 to run a carfax even though me as a customer is out of thousands of dollars. He can't give me anything "close to" retail because they'll just send it to auction. First week of having it they had to give me a rental due to an exhaust leak which still has an issue after going back twice. This place is a scam..im not the only one that has has this problem. Will continue to take the matter further.

Great Lease experience from beginning to delivery.
Great Lease experience from beginning to delivery. Even several phone calls after delivery to verify my comfort with my new car. I never thought I would have an EV Equinox. We have had two previous gas powered suv's. It is comforting to know we will save thousands a year from not buying gasoline.

Routine Maintenance Review
When I first came in to the dealership, I was told next time I could pull up to the bay doors. Glad I know that now (and hopefully won?t forget) because finding a parting spot could have been potentially bad. I was greeted by Amy who was helping another. She guided me verbally to the technician counter where a man, sitting at Tim?s seat, whom I will assume was Time greeted me with a smile. He?s the one who let me know about just pulling into the bay. I let him know where my car was and he directed me to the lounge and said it shouldn?t be very long. The lounge was a very clean and nice area, but it seemed very stuffy inside, I waited maybe 30 to 40 minutes for my car to have an oil change and then the car was ready to go. Directed to the cashier station. The lady at the cashier station was very nice and friendly. She asked about my disability and we chatted about that for a moment. I retrieved my car and told the technicians thank you. I hopped in, moved my seat back to my seating position and left. One thing I wish that my car would have been ran through the washer or even swept out but I know that it was busy and those are things I can do on my own. I feel the value of the oil change was slightly high, however; you get what you pay for and I wholeheartedly believe that Dunns Chevy and Buick has amazing service and highly reputable service, technicians and mechanics.

Unsafe Vehicle
I drove 3 hours from Michigan to purchase a used vehicle as it was exactly what I was looking for. Sales process was smooth and salesperson was very good. The problems started after driving the vehicle back to Michigan. The CD deck didn't work. Needs to be replaced. 3 weeks later I had a blow out on one of the tires. After taking to the tire store I was informed these were the ORIGINAL TIRES ON A 17 YEAR OLD VEHICLE. The dealership should never have sold a vehicle with unsafe tires like this. I called and informed the dealer and their only response was, sorry but we don't check the age on tires. My advice if you shop this dealership is do your due diligence before buying a used vehicle from them. Don't trust them that the vehicle is road ready....
