2 phone calls and 1 meeting...and the vehicle showed up. Exactly what we wanted...but with more options. Spent a great deal of time going over all the "features"... Why go anywhere else?!!! Beyond great service!

Cappers Thumbs Up

My husband saw a used car on the lot and wanted to show it to me. Kevin was very helpful and gave us all the numbers and information we needed. We also asked about a new car and were able to test drive both before making our decision. The paperwork was done without any delay and we drove away in our new ride.

Have used Capper Ford for routine maintenance as suggested by friends. Looking for specific color, style F150. Salesperson immediately found on computer. Less than a week and I'm driving my new 2018 White Gold F150! THANK YOU, Capper Ford!

Great dealing with Kevin. Made it easy and drove a newer one off the showroom floor! He took time to explain the gadgets and even set up our phone to make safer calls. Nice people. We'll be back for our next vehicle!

My New Expedition

Genuine small town service. Honest people that want their customers to be happy. Money and sales are not the priority. Not just low pressure, no pressure. They may have asked my first name on first visit but didn't write it down or ask for contact info etc. Very pleased with my whole experience.

Friendly, courteous, and efficient service

Even before I was their customer I was helped by friendly people at Capper's. Yesterday I had my car serviced there. They started as soon as I brought the car in even though I was early, performed the services requested plus did their all points check list promptly and efficiently and didn't charge an arm and a leg for doing it. The price was less than I had expected. Good job done.

The service at Capper's goes above and beyond the standard service I have experienced else where. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. The honesty and help I receive from the service department means a lot to me. Capper's has become my go to car dealership! I have to say honesty keeps me coming back for all my automobile needs. Great Dealership!

We have done business with Charles Capper Ford for a number of years. We always feel we get a good value at a fair price. Routine maintenance and repairs are delivered promptly and completely. I can't imagine doing business with any other dealer
