Great people!

Great people! Got my second vehicle from them during their $1,500 trade in event this March. The 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 was in really good condition for its age, the service was great, highly recommend buying from them if you're interested in a vehicle in their lot.

I bought my second car from Jeff and Alex yesterday and I

I bought my second car from Jeff and Alex yesterday and I LOVE my car! I wanted to look at one that was in a different town and they brought it down that day and had it ready for a test drive. After we made a deal they filled it with gas and let me keep my personalized plates! There is a button missing and Jeff ordered a new one right then and there and will replace it for free. I will recommend this place over and over! They are simply amazing. Thank you WBF and especially Alex and Jeff! I love my “new” Escape!

They do not return calls concerning purchase

We have called multiple times for the 800.00 due on the gap insurance cancelled because we paid the vehicle off in less than 30 days. Bank said the car dealer was responsible for contacting insurance company. We are always told Tim P.(who did the finance paperwork) will get back to you. Jaimie sold the vehicle to us. He was no help. Been since Jan. 4, 2022 and still have not been contacted about this.It is now Feb. 23rd. So, no I wouldn't recommend.

Great Service Department

We have been buying vehicles and getting service at WBF for almost two decades. I would not hesitate to send my grandmother there for service (if she was alive). Never need to worry about being taken advantage of. Great service at a fair price every time. Been surprised several times when I expected to get a bill for service and was told it was covered under warranty. The exact opposite of most other dealers.

2009 Nissan Altima

Jeff Sullivan was very good to deal with. Worked with me on the price and had a great experience. Was worth the drive to purchase my daughters car.

Couldn't be happier!!!

Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

Great Service and really nice people!

I was on a 2100 mile trip in a F150 and developed a loud brake noise, stopped in without an appointment and they put the truck on the lift and found the problem and had me back on the road in a very short time. The technician and service manager were great and they even helped us hook the trailer back up. It was a pleasure to find genuine nice caring people.

Large selection, no pressure dealership

I test drove a 2010 Ford F-150 and really liked it but wanted to look at some other dealerships. They didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase at all but kept in touch to see if I had found another truck. I hadn't found one I liked as much as the one I looked at here. I had a mechanic look at it and found a broken spring on the front drivers side. The dealership fixed it right away with no hesitation. I was very impressed with he entire process and ended up buying the truck. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

New 2015 Ford Edge Purchase

Fantastic buying experience. Jeff Sullivan took the time to explain everything to make the sale go smoothly. Fair price, good communication and friendly service. All pluses that will make me a return customer. Bob and his staff in the service department are also top notch and I trust them to take care of all my vehicles as if they were their own. I give this dealership and A+ and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle.
