Had a recall on my car said it would be 4 to 6 hrs. Had my car all day never received a call on an update. Went to see what was going on they were closed... some nice man let us in and called the service manager to find out about it. It was done he just"Forgot" to call us and went home for the weekend. No paperwork to know if they really even fixed it. Very disappointed!! Poor customer service
Saw online, contacted dealer. Spoke with Bill Cammett who is a salesman. Asked a lot of questions about a used 2015 GMC 2500HD they had forsale. Bill... took extra photos for me on some blemishes and told me he took it for a drive and that it was all good. Spent many hours setting up bank and insurance, also renting a car($125 plus $60.00 fuel) to make the over 300 mile per way trip down to get it because of what Bill had said and shown me the current condition was and I believed the truck was for me. He said he would make sure it was ready and detailed. Took a day off work, drove down and within the first 5 minutes I knew it was a mistake. Truck had more spots of damage and rust spots that was clearly visible but never said or showed me in all the pictures he sent. Quick look under the truck and saw the gas tank was dented, and mud was packed into every open spot in the frame. In cross members, in skid plates, inside bumpers EVERYWHERE. I got Bill and began showing him me pulling out clumps of mud and rocks from under the truck and behind the bumper, and he said "I can't believe the guys in back missed this". Mind you this truck cleared not only their inspection, but was just detailed. I inspected under hood and mud stains where everywhere, and at a high level and clumps of mud and rocks all around areas under the hood. It was very clear this truck was in deep mud and a lot of it. As disgusted as I was at this point, I came a long ways and wanted to go on a test ride. We got a mile down the road the steering wheel began rocking back and forth a lot. He claimed it was the low tread tires, which I knew about. However he also knew I planned on driving the truck over 300 miles home but never said anything about it. Could have been tires but who knows? Not something I wanted to trust to make it home much less pay $27,000 for! 12 hours and 591 miles in the rental car, the cost of a day of work and close to $200 for the car, many conversations with bank, bill and my insurance agent setting everything up and I have zero to show for it. Really sad because the truck was optioned exactly what I wanted but I am not even close to a condition I would call sell able or taken care of in its 78,000 miles. I would steer clear of this dealership!!

Bought a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 2015 the night that we bought it we took it out for a drive and notice that one of the headlights was bouncing around... made an appointment they looked at it and devices that the headlight bracket broke and they were going to get it order and fix it for us it is been over 5 days and I have yet to receive a phone call I'm mostly made contact with them and they told me they cannot find the exact part and they're waiting for a parts breakdown so they can find it which I am beginning to think is a load of bull
Almost makes me want to buy a car every day. Our sales guys Felipe and Brian went over and above to get us the best possible deal they could. Working with... Brian in the finance area was smooth and professional.
I have attempted to call their service department on several occasions to schedule a repair. The very pleasant receptionist transfers the call which goes... straight to hold, and service NEVER answers the phone. Put them to the test this afternoon...I was on hold for HALF AN HOUR before someone clicked on to see who I was waiting for...put me back on hold...and 10 minutes later I was cut off.
Have made several attempts at reaching the sales department to inquire about a vehicle on their lot that I want, both via email and phone calls, and have... had never gotten ahold of someone nor have had a phone call returned. I live a few hours away from the dealership and didn’t want to waste my time making the trip to be disappointed with the outcome, but instead I get to be disappointed with this dealership not wanting my business in the first place. I’ll find a different dealership that wants my business.
I inquired about a car on their lot that I saw on cars.com and got a response the next business day via email and call. I told them I wasn’t in the market... for that car anymore and they were helpful but not bothersome.
Wow! We are so grateful for the service we received at Zeigler Ford. They went above and beyond, and they definitely made us feel valued as a customer.... We drove 2 hours to look at a used truck. After spending some time test driving, and discussing the truck with our salesman, Dan, we decided to make the purchase. No high pressure sale tactics, and they gave us a fair value on our trade in. After about 20 minutes into our trip home, the truck died. We immediately called Dan, and without hesitation, he said he was on his way with a tow truck. When he arrived, he not only brought the tow truck, but he also brought us a loaner vehicle and said they would check on the problem Monday, and give us a call. They replaced the fuel pump at no cost to us, delivered it to us the following day and picked up the loaner vehicle. They definitely made our initial drive worthwhile, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. When it comes time for us to purchase another vehicle, Zeigler Ford will be a the top of our list. I have bought at least 40 cars in my lifetime (for myself and my kids) and by far, Harold Z. has been my favorite. No pressure buying, extremely helpful... salesperson, finance person and manager !!! I'll never buy another car from another dealership. I am their customer for life
