Terrible customer service! General manager Jason never returns calls . Lies lies and more lies. Never do business with Yreka ford. Shop elsewhere if at... all possible.
We bought a new Ford Ranger from Yreka Motors a few weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We worked with Matt Kleier and Jason Truttman.... We had a very specific idea of the features we wanted, and things we didn't want, and they went to great lengths to find the perfect vehicle and bring it to Yreka. And they gave us a great deal! Given the limited inventory available in this era of COVID, we were so impressed. We are so glad that we kept our business local, and would recommend Yreka Motors to anyone looking for a Ford, Honda, or a used vehicle in their inventory. (We purchased a used Nissan Sentra from Jason several years ago and it has run like a champ!)
Terrible service went in for a repair for broken lock got a $214 bill for diagonics on a truck with less than 20k on it! Still no estimate for my insurance... over a week later! Crooks!
Went in with not the best of credit and Joe Godfrey sent us off on our way with a BRAND NEW Ford Ecosport! We couldn't be happier with the customer service... we recieved and the vehicle we drove off with! Thank you Yreka Motors! Thank you Joe Godfrey!

After the upper fuel pump went out, on my 2014 F350 while traveling out of state, I chose Yreka Motors to take it to. After 2 full days, they had the issue... diagnosed. A full 23 days later, after diagnosing it, it was finally fixed and finished. Or so they said. Note, all of this was covered under warranty and the claim was approved 2 days following the diagnosis. When I picked it up, they could not/would not give me ANY paperwork on it and what had been done. Upon looking at it, I found that the windshield was cracked, diesel had been spilled down the bed and left to stain the paint. And, there are scratches all over the cab. My truck had such a horrible vibration driving, that I nursed it back to OR straight to my local and trusted Ford dealership immediately. They were near impossible to reach by phone during this process, had a different answer every time I spoke with them and a different story each time. They are hands down the worst dealership of shop that I have ever come across.
