Buyer Beware

I purchase a New Jeep along with an extended bumper to bumper warranty, only to find out 10 months later the warranty was from a 3rd party warranty company. If I had known, I would of never purchased it. They never mentioned that it would be from a 3rd party and NOT from JEEP. This Practice is wrong and deceitful. Now that I am trying to cancel it they were very unprofessional and laughing at me. I strongly suggest to review all types of reviews sites this dealership and be very careful. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Came in one day looking for a car and we’re skeptical about dealerships but when we got introduced to Jimmy aka “Jimmy the Great” he really showed us around and made us feel welcomed and comfortable and really talked us into a great deal. New Car!

I recently had my car totaled and could breathe a sigh of relief when Dan and the crew were able to get me into the Ford Explorer I wanted! It was quick and easy and we’re able to help me with some of my financial issues due to unexpected needing to purchase a new vehicle. Extremely happy with their service and highly recommend!!

Outstanding Customer Service

Nick Goodwin sold me a car on Saturday and let me tell you that it was an amazing experience! Nick was very easy to work with and wasn't at all pushy like other dealerships I've visited on my car search. The entire staff was amazing and made us feel as if we were part of their family! I highly recommend buying a car from Capitol because they have outstanding staff that cares about putting people in the right car for them.

Make it last

🚙 12 yrs ago, I swore I would never buy an SUV but they insisted on having me test drive a Jeep Liberty just in case because I had never even been in one before. It was a fleet vehicle with 15,000 miles on it. Bought it, it was my baby and I'm STILL driving it! Now I'm wondering if it's going to be around long enough to become a "classic" ...I definitely think the odds are in my favor!

Awful experience ever

Buy a Chevy Camaro 2013 for 17k cash. Before sign the papers I ask for car services info and car fax. Papers said that previous owner brought the car there because the car was vibrating when driving and that they swap tires from another car. I ask then about that, they said that everything is fine now. Took the car home, car was doing the same. Brought the car back, they keep the car for more than 3 week. They said that they "fix" different thing but cant find what was wrong (I don't understand why they fix thing if they don't know what was wrong) On the 3 weeks periods they call me a few times to told me that the car was ready for pick up and when I show there the issue still and they will give me another excuse. After they cant fix the problem they decide to send the car out to the GMC or Chevy and this co. told them that the issue was the tires. They again call me yesterday to pick up the car. When I went the issue still and the told me that the GMC told them that was the tires. I ask why they didn't change the tires, because they was the ones to put wrong tires in the first place. They told me that the change of tires will take a few hours. I was very upset because I they make me waist more than 3 weeks of my time. But agree to wait.After 2 hours once again when they told me that my car was ready and I went outside to pick up the car and notice that my car have different rims all dent and scratch and my rims are new. Very upset went back inside and confronted them. They said that was a mistake but that the car will be ready today. They just call me this morning and told me that the tires don't fit my rims. Don't know what kind of shop is that, that they can't no tell between different rims or different size tires. Today after ALMOST a month they are on their way to deliver my car back in the same condition that I drop the car. Worse experience of my life!!! No professional at all. Will no recomend this "dealer" to anybody. Been a nightmare. This place is almost an hour from my house. I waist alot of time go back and from for nothing. They answer was "sorry" sorry won't fix my car!!!!! When I was buying the car I received a good treat (specifically because I was paying on cash) But when I went back for service even the treat was different.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Brought my Jeep to Capitol for service and an oil change. They found two oil leaks and my wheel alignment was out. They fixed the oil leaks, performed a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation and a LOF all on the same day. Steve Hartley has been a service writer at Capitol for years and he is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve is definitely and asset at Capitol Garage!
