I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Capitol, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Capitol, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. We were looking for months for the perfect vehicle and

We were looking for months for the perfect vehicle and came across a beautiful Volvo. Jimmy offered it to us to test out for the weekend and we decided to buy it. I was not comfortable with the salesmanship of Jimmy, but we kept going with the purchase. When it came time for paperwork to be signed, we learned that there was only one key fob which again, was not ideal. Jimmy brushed it off like it was no big deal and maybe they could help with a second fob. Turns out, nope they could not. We called Volvo and we were told it would cost us $700 for a second fob. This is something that is absolutely necessary for starting the car remotely, so we really need it. We called the manager to explain that we were going to be out the $700 after spending a huge amount with them, and we got "sorry, nothing we can do here." I wish we would have gone directly to Volvo first because I really am not happy with Capitol. Also, the detailing job they did was pretty crappy and they left candy and sticky stuff all over the back center console. We put our own gas in it when we tested it out and that's what we were left with when we picked it up. Like, really Capitol???

I purchased a used truck from this dealership 2 1/2

I purchased a used truck from this dealership 2 1/2 months ago with less than 36,000 miles on it. The buying experience was fantastic, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Unfortunately, when the starter failed so soon after the purchase, I assumed they would stand by their product and help resolve the issue—especially since I was going to buy four new tires and would have had all future service work done there. Instead, they chose not to assist, which I found to be both disappointing and a very surprising business decision. Over the years, I could have been a loyal customer, and they would have made thousands from me just off service, not to mention likely repeat purchases and referrals from doing the right thing, but this experience has changed my mind. While the people are nice, especially Jimmy, I’d stay away from this dealership, because they don’t prioritize taking care customers even when doing so is financially the best thing for their business... which is really strange. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future. If they reach out to make this right, I’d be happy to update this review and reconsider sticking with them. I really do like the people that I’ve dealt with directly. Maybe the person that made the decision, which never actually spoke to me, didn’t have all the info or was just having a bad day, at least I’d like to think that’s the case.

I highly recommend Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

I highly recommend Capitol Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I really needed a car and I received financing from Capitol Garage in Willimantic, CT and a miracle deal to get my 2021 Jeep Renegade. I went to Capitol Garage with a small down payment and traded in my old car and drove home my Jeep Renegade the same day! The people at Capitol Garage are kind and courteous! Thanks so very much!

Salesman was very pleasant and accommodating when I first

Salesman was very pleasant and accommodating when I first worked with him. I was prepared to purchase a 2022 or newer preowned Ram. I had been advised this dealership was now part of the Gates group. Since they advertise that they allegedly welcome trades of " anything, boats, goats, trains, planes" i asked if they would take my boat and trailer in trade? I was assured they would, they asked where it was, and said they would look at it in the next few days and make me an offer. They asked what I might like, but not what I might accept. It has now been about three weeks and I have not only not received an offer; but not even the courtesy of a return call. This appears to not only be false advertising but also a xxxx poor very unprofessional way to do business. I will continue to advise anyone considering doing business with that dealership to be cautious of what you might be told
