Great for scheduled service!

Service people were pleasant and efficient. Appointment started on time, and work was completed on time. The shuttle is amazingly convenient. Nice job.

Highly Recommended and Outstanding Service!

Very grateful for the amazing customer service I experienced at Village Ford! Aaron Woodward was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle I was purchasing and more. I really felt valued as a customer with him as my sales guy and that was important to me. I've already told many friends to work with him when they go in to trade in their leases or buy a new car. I also got to experience the tent sale and it really made the dealership a very fun place to be. From the minute I walked in the door, the dealership had a very nice welcoming vibe to it. Overall, I have switched dealerships because of the outstanding service I had at Village Ford. Thank you.

Service even a woman can love.

Rebecca in service is wonderful. I have dealt with her before, and have always been kept informed, and treated with kindness and respect. She's really a great asset to the dealership.

EXCELLENT customer service

Nick Zak--is the BEST possible customer service rep! I never think twice about taking my vehicle to Village Ford because of Nick and I never think twice about the cost. I know Nick will process my request fairly and quickly. What a relief to TRUST a dealership! (Whatever you pay him, it can't be enough :) ).

Suckers beware

At this dealership they dove you io buy something called lease insurance. It will pay off the vehicle if you die. I'm not sure if they target people over 40 or the handicapped but they targeted me to buy this.

For the first time in my life, I'm buying a used car....

For the first time in my life, I'm buying a used car. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a female or because I'm buying a used car in the lower range. First of all, Keith blew me off a couple of times. I had in mind that I wanted to purchase a used Escape around 8-10K. I came into dealership and the only car that he said was in my price range was this rag-top 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier with 32,000 miles on it. The price that he quoted was $7,960. (LOL). If you look up Blue Book value, it's quoted as $3,910. I told him that was an awful high quote for a 2002 vehicle, he kept repeating, "it's clean". I will never return to Village Ford of Dearborn. I went to Lafontaine in Ann Arbor and purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper with 62,000 miles and was very happy with the salesperson.

Excellent Car Buying Experience - They Made it Fun

I have bought two cars from Village recently, though they are located nearly 300 miles away. It is worth the drive because of the terrific service I receive and I have complete confidence they are getting me the best deal possible - especially on the value of my trade-in. The whole dealership staff makes my family feel like a very special client when we walk in, and they really understand what an exciting day that "new car day" is for a person. I wish my mere recommendation was enough to make someone take a drive over to Village Ford. It is well worth it! Plus, it's a real thrill to buy a Ford just down the street from Ford's World Headquarters. And by the way - I love my new F150, and my daughter is blown away by what a great car her new Escape is!

Great service from everyone i came in contact with

I brought my Ford F_150 Truck in for a Oil Change and Car Wash . I had a coupon from Our Town , so i didn't have to pay for anything. My thought's going in was that i probably would be put aside so they could deal with their customer's first. I was very suprised to find out that they were vert attentive to my need's and very polite. Donna at the front counter is very nice and should br considered a great asset to your Co. I'am glad that i took advantage of my free coupon even though i felt i might be shuned. It was totaly the opposite . I was quite pleased with my experience all the way round. Thank You very much for your great service.

Had a great experience purchasing my first car without the aid of my parents. Got an excellent deal on the car and the trade in value. Would definitely recommend checking this place out for new or used cars.
