I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Turbomax from the Knapp Chevrolet Dealership in Blissfield, Michigan. My experience was top tier excellent. The atmosphere of the dealership was very welcoming. The selection of available vehicles, both new and certified pre-owned, was extensive. They have a wide range of vehicles at any given time. My salesman, Tylor, worked well with me within the parameters I had set for purchasing a vehicle and did not hassle for options outside of what I was looking for. He was professional, accommodating, and extremely detailed regarding available models, trim levels for each model, and how each model was comparative to the next until I was able to make a well-informed decision on which vehicle would best meet my needs. I went in very open minded and that allowed for an easy-going experience for vehicle selection until I had made my final decision. Once I had made my vehicle selection, they were so accommodating as to set aside my choice of vehicle for a few days until I had everything necessary in place to finalize the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality experience with the dealership’s staff in looking for the right vehicle and an easy-going purchasing process. I’ve gotten 2 vehicles from Knapp. The first time I worked with Kevin and he made it so simple. The second time I worked with Adam and Kevin and both were super helpful. Ryan made the financials pain-less (which is so helpful in this stressful process). Kevin did a great job making sure I had a full tank, clean car, plates on my new one all before helping me set up a GM account and show me around the app and new car features. They’re also great with their service with oil changes, allowing courtesy vehicles & being kind and respectful always. I appreciate them and love my new car!

ust bought a new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Knapp Motors! What a great place to buy a vehicle from! they helped me get the truck I wanted and they went out of their way to find the exact one. I worked with Larry Wahl and it was a very pleasant experience and I will go back to them for my future needs.

Staff was friendly, nice. We had a wonderful car buying experience, or I should say my teenage daughter did.....Until we came home....with the used car we bought....First of all the second key fob wouldn't work, we figured that out when we got home, but the dealership was closed now for the weekend, so we changed the battery and still nothing. Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!!
