Knapp Motors is a Chevy Buick Dealer in beautiful Blissfield MI. We have been serving Lenawee County for over 50 years! The Knapp Automotive Group had its beginnings back in 1947 with the aquisition of an Oldsmobile franchise. In 1971 Knapp Motors added Pontiac and Buick to their vehicle line-up. In 1981 Knapp Motors moved to it's present location and in 1982 Chevrolet was added to the line-up. We continue to serve Lenawee County with two lines of GM vehicles.

Awesome genuine honest

Real genuine people. Prices right inline with all other dealerships in the area. Throw in honesty and real customer service and it really is the best car buying package. Great experience! I had been in multiple dealerships looking for this car and it is possible that this is the only dealership I will return to.

Great place to purchase a vehicle.

Tylor and the sales staff at Knapp Chevrolet were very kind, efficient and fair with the selling and trade in process. I'd recommend them as a place to look for vehicle.

Third vehicle we have purchased from Knapp

Never again

Over several years my family and I have purchased several new vehicles, leased vehicles and even used vehicles. Bought my 14 Silverado purchased 1-2014 from Knapp had trans issue which was covered under warranty. Wife leased 1 Equinox and purchased 1 Equinox from them as well as my daughter leased a Cruze and purchased a used Encore. I wanted to get back into an Avalanche and they could not find one at auction so I purchased one from another dealer. Bad move, as attitudes changed. Service writer on up seemed to dislike that fact. Daughters lease on her Cruise was turned in early due to stolen key fob, and the extra coverage that we paid for was not covering the missing key fob until I spoke of contacting the owner Matt Bell. We were also told on 3 separate occasions after we turned in the lease and purchased a used car as a replacement that we owed NO MORE money to GM Financial, but GM Financial kept sending us bills and it even showed up on my daughters & wifes Credit karma they owed GM Financial money until we paid more. My GM Platinum warranty purchased on my 2013 Avalanche from Knapp (vehicle purchased at another dealer) would not cover the dash breaking apart and not even a good will gesture from them to help in the repair, and all this as I worked for them being paid minimum wage to boot. Now my wife Equinox which she purchased new has rust forming on the drivers side doors and the rust proofing purchased at the time of sale refuses to cover the repairs stating they don’t cover door seams. Heck I even remember picking up the Equinox for my wife as she was working late that day and I had to hit a gas station to fill the tank. I have always received a new car with a full tank of gas. I am not going to bother with a formal complaint to GM over this. I would rather let the public know of how we were treated. You done lost several customers over this Matt Bell. Never again

The best car salesman

This is my second experience purchasing a new car from Adam Dumoulin. He did a great job again because I brought another new car!! He is very professional,knowledgeable, and helpful. Adam answers all my questions and shows me the different features on the new car. He is great to work with!!

Best Car Shopping Experience EVER!

Professional, sincere staff, handled all customer needs. Adam, best salesman EVER! He is someone to trust. Recommend! All staff handled any issues that arose in a fastidious, and thorough way. Any Toledoans reading this review: GO Straight to Blissfield, or Adrian (sister dealerships there) to buy your vehicle. Good selection, better prices. Bypass “Nice”car (not very nice to me)... where male salespeople treat you like yesterday’s newspaper - where the same salesman completely forgets he sold you a vehicle three years before, and have no service. Where they use the death of a brother to gain traction for a sale using sympathy. No thank you! Bypass BG, Ruth Thayer sold a car out from under her sales rep that I had test driven the very same morning; and going to Jim White Honda; please; only for service issues. Management is WRONG there. Had a very creepy used car salesman touch me on way to test drive vehicle; and he was reported. Scheduled appointments that were never honored. Stood in the middle of a showroom floor surrounded by sales people busy, not with breathing, live, in-person customers, but with their computers. I literally stood there and said loudly “Does anybody want to sell a car today?” That day I was ready to test drive and buy.

Seriously Amazing!

Go see Larry Wahl. He is a straight shooter that does not play any games. I bought my new Tahoe and was out of the dealership in under a hour. I wasn't pressured for any upgrades with warranties. Sold the SUV for MSRP which is unheard of with these shortages going on. I drove almost 5 hours to this dealership and wouldn't hesitate again for this premium service. Thank you Larry!

Great Dealer

Just leased my second vehicle from Knapp yesterday. Very happy with both experiences and both salespeople (Larry and Kevin). They are very friendly, honest and no pressure. I highly recommend this dealer compared to others in the area.
