I had a great experience working with Kyle Ringle in sales and Taylor in finance. Kyle was especially great and wasn't the pressure salesman type at all. The used car manager was truly the more arrogant and rude person I've encountered in a dealership (and I buy or lease 2-3 cars every couple of years). Would give a no star rating for him but Kyle and Taylor were great. Advice to ownership - get rid of this used car manager. He's costing you business in a highly competitive market and people have options on who to do business with. If I didn't like Kyle as much as I did I would have gone elsewhere.

Sold me a 2020 ram with 2011 tires on it. Jesse the GM said he would look into it and still hast reached back out to me. It has been over a month. I discovered this when I got a nail in my tire and went to get it plugged at Tire Man. They refused to plug it because my 6 month old truck had old xxx tires on it. BUYER BEWARE!

I travel from Toledo to buy/lease my vehicles from Tyler. He listens to his customers and works hard to get them what they want. I also like that he doesn’t waste your time and lure you in with one price and then it changes drastically like other dealerships/sales persons.
