Don't buy here if you want service.

Don't buy here if you want service. Ordered a 2022 Ram one of my several trucks. 48,000 miles my transmission went out stoped in they said couldn't even look at it and get parts ordered for at least two weeks. They kept saying we want to sell you all of your vehicles and we will take care of you I own a business so I depend on my vehicles for my lively hood. When they told me it would take at least 2 weeks to get it in the shop that was not acceptable. I called another dealer said have it there in th morning pretty sad and hard to buy something from a place that straight out told me to call another dealer to get it fixed because they didn't have time for me. They sure had time when I wrote the check for a $80k truck.

Great experience

I traded my Jeep Compass for a new one and Jack was great helping me find exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the business at West Branch does amazing work from the receptionist, Tricia to the sales and service department and internet management, Tim. Highly recommend Browns WB!!

Very Professional!

I was looking for a VW Beetle convertible and saw that Brown's had one for sale. After reading the car's ownership history and checking out the price, I contacted them to take a test drive. I had some questions after the test drive and Jamie and Jack were very helpful in answering, totally honest with me and fixed everything I had concerns about. I came back a few days later and Jordan helped facilitate the sale and even introduced me to the service manager. Excellent communication from Jamie...and he followed through on everything (phone calls, service, sale) and thanked me. The owners (the Brown brothers) happened to stopped by as well! I drove away a happy owner of a 2014 VW Beetle :-)

Worth the Drive!

defective key fob

ON MARCH 30 WHILE WORKING IN IOWA CITY MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW LOCKED THEMSELVES OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE. THIS MADE ME REALIZE WHAT A BAD SPOT I COULD BE IN WITH ONLY ONE WORKING KEY. SO ON THE WAY EAST I STOPPED AT BROWN'S DODGE TO SEE IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING WITH MY 2 DEFECTIVE KEY FOBS. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF MY ARRIVAL MR. JOE BEEKMAN A VERY NICE COURTEOUS SERVICE ADVISOR WAS WORKING HIS MAGIC ON MY DEFECTIVE FOB. 20 MINUTES LATER I WAS OUT THE DOOR WITH 3 WORKING KEYS. MR. JOE BEEKMAN IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.
