Bought a suv from Geico Ford.

Bought a suv from Geico Ford. Steve smith was my sales representative and he was great to deal with. I never felt pressured and he explained the different features on the suv. I’m sure he loves his job and loves to help people get the type of car that they want. I would go back to buy another car and I definitely would ask for steveagain.

Tried to buy a vehicle from these guys, said they would

Tried to buy a vehicle from these guys, said they would hold it for a day for me to buy as no one was interested in it.I am a buisiness owner and buy trucks all over.They sold it right from under me.No integrity here at all.Beware of this place.

One of the worst Ford Dealers in the Northeast driven by

One of the worst Ford Dealers in the Northeast driven by greed and taking advantage of consumers while making you think they care. Another horrible FORD dealer screwing consumers over with their hefty over MSRP prices to gouge the market. PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM! Please DO NOT fall for this scandal giving away your money to dealers like this. On top of the "$30,000.00" over MSRP" scam, they get many incentives over the sale to include Holdback, Dealer Incentives, Marketing incentive and the list goes on and on... Remember, as soon as you drive that car off the lot, you lost tens of thoughts of dollars in the 1st year of owning your vehicle. And if you total it, all that money you paid over MSRP is GONE along with the depreciation! The money that a car manufacturer pays a dealership for selling a new vehicle is called a dealer holdback. The holdback is typically a percentage of the car's sticker price (MSRP) or invoice price, and can range from 1% to 3%. The amount is predetermined by the manufacturer for each vehicle on the dealer's lot. The holdback allows dealers to sell a car at or below invoice price while still covering the costs of doing business, such as advertising and sales commissions. Dealers are not allowed to use the holdback money for price negotiations. Manufacturers also offer other incentives to dealers to help move cars, such as dealer cash. Dealer cash is a bonus incentive that manufacturers sometimes offer to help clear out lots, especially at the end of a model year. Dealer cash is rarely advertised. Manufacturers also offer monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives to dealers. For example, a FORD dealership that meets their monthly sales incentive could receive $50,000 to $200,000 or more from the factory. Be careful, be smart! DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP! STOP THESE DEALERS!!!!

My husband bought a Chevy Silverado from GRIECO Ford in

My husband bought a Chevy Silverado from GRIECO Ford in Raynham while driving it for a few days the truck started jumping gears. Called Gieco Ford and asked us to bring Truck down to service upon arrival they did not have a loaner for us we were very upset at the whole initial event now we were going back and forth with GRIECO about a loaner. We finally got a loaner after showing up there several times. NOW 3 weeks later GRIECO gets the transmission and it’s the wrong one. NO ETA when this nightmare will be corrected. We are simple hard working people who expected a dependable truck not a lemon. My husband is fighting for his life and didn’t ask for this.

Keith Kramer and the service crew are amazing.

Keith Kramer and the service crew are amazing. I traveled over 50 miles to have my 22 Explorer serviced. They serviced my vehicle quickly, and professionally. They not only treat me as a customer but as family. I have used this dealership for many years because they put the customer first.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!!! NO STAR!! Worst dealership, shady as xxxx!! Brand New Car, arrived with 235 miles on it, really?? Covered in dirt, bird crap. Car was washed with Brushes as there are starches thought the paint of the car, the car windshield was re glued they said it was bird sap, blamed it on the car being black. The list goes on and on, their reviews are fate, they will tell you if you give them a 5 star review they will order you weather tech mats!!! The owner couldn't be bother to address my concerns, and the both GM & SM are useless. They on have a 3 day policy!

Peter was simply amazing, professional, and friendly from the very start! Everything from the texts, correspondence, and even a video of the car in question was impeccable and the smoothest, process I have ever experienced in my life! He was personable, positive, and trustworthy, and answered everything with a smile on his face. Never pushy, or felt rushed to make the sale! He worked his magic with the wonderful approval team and within not even an hour being there, had me approved for my beautiful new, (well used lol but like brand new lol) Ford Edge! I couldn’t have been happier! Greatest experience ever and would recommend to anyone looking for honest, and professional stress free buying!! Emma was so sweet and friendly and greeted us with a big warm smile when picking up this beauty! She was informative and offered her time for any questions I had! Driving away was bitter sweet! Will absolutely be telling my family and friends where to go to buy their next vehicle!! 😀😍

had work done as warranty recall driver side airbag and

had work done as warranty recall driver side airbag and the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem with airbag, I should have just left it alone. I think this should be repaired as warranty because it stems from a recall. If the airbag malfunctions I will hold Grieco ford responsible

Keith in the service department was great.

Keith in the service department was great. Dropped off my truck, explained what was going on and kept me informed of what they were doing to fix it. Finished it earlier than thought went over what they did and his explanation was great! Would recommend you guys to everyone! Thank you, Paul
