Grieco Ford MA Only reason I am giving a 1 star rating is because there is not an option for a negative 5 star rating. I found a truck online that I liked... and drove 4.5 hours to see it, the truck was exactly what I was looking for, but for being a F350 Lariat, it didn’t have running boards, a bed liner, or mud flaps. I was told that it is the dealerships policy was to not negotiate on the price at all, so I asked for one of the basic items it was missing to be added. I was told by one of the managers that I drove 4.5 hrs to buy a truck, and I’ll buy it exactly as it is or I am welcome to leave. Regrettably I decided to purchase the vehicle and pick it up a few days later. After making arrangements with the salesman and driving 4.5 hrs back I was told that it was illegal to drive the vehicle home with a dealer plate, which after a lengthy time of convincing them that it wasn’t illegal I was allowed to take the truck. I was told that I was not allowed to register the vehicle myself and that the dealership would handle it. After a month of the truck sitting in my driveway with no plates I called the dealership and was told that the DMV was closed due to the pandemic, which was entirely not true. After providing all the information on how to register a vehicle, they did submit the paperwork to the DMV. After another month of waiting I called back and was told that my license plates had been sitting on a furloughed salesman’s deck for A week. Overall I was making payments and paying insurance on a truck I couldn’t drive for over 2 months. During this time period I had an uncountable number of unreturned phone calls, including to the customer relations manager, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Please consider buying a vehicle elsewhere, especially if you are from out of state.

Reply to initial email with certain request. Follow up email from same person that do not answer my question. I ask if they even read my email and I get... this response "Sir that was an automated message....." Yet the name is the same? I inquired about what was done as car was a possible lemon law return. Carfax showed: "Reason provided by Manufacturer: PAINT DEFECTS SYNC A/C EXHAUST DOOR TRIM PANEL" The reply to me was that the turbo has been replaced. Does that address the reason the car was turned in?? I wasn't impressed with what I took as a bit of an attitude (might have been me and forgiven by itself). The clincher for me was the response to my question about why it was turned in and why I should consider buying it. I chose to not do business with this dealership. I am actually buying a vehicle from another dealership just up the street.

All I can say is when you see a good price on a truck and the ad mentions nothing about the title and then you pull a carfax and it is a flood truck with... a branded title. That's just poor business. Either they weren't going to tell me or tell me after I traveled 2 hours to look and buy it. That is simply POOR business ethics. My advice, BUYER BEWARE...

I saw a 2012 Honda CRV with all options I needed and the color we wanted at a very good price at Grieco Ford. The car had less than 50k miles. Since I... was traveling 4-5 hours in traffic, I asked a person at the dealer who's job is to make sales appointments, if the car is at least reviewed mechanically prior to offer for sale. I actually spoke with this person twice and I reiterated that its a Honda for sale at a Ford dealer so again, are the cars checked mechanically before offered for sale. She answered "YES". I drove 5 hours to see a beautiful car externally, however when looking below the vehicle, their was a very clearly visible transmission fluid leak. The salesman, Keith was very apologetic and genuine in his demeanor. The Sales Manager Chris could care less. It was late and nearly closing time. Keith tried to find another Honda in an affiliated dealership but could not. I appreciated his effort. The sales manager's attitude was awful. I was not expecting the man to magically fix the car or use his position as Manager to possibly locate a suitable replacement nearby, however, a little remorse and maybe a suggestion for a solution would of been appropriate. I had a 14,000 bank check to grieco Ford and traveled 9 plus hours roundtrip. The man simply said with attitude to me, " how do you know its not something minor". Well that made it all better. The wasted 9 hour trip and time to go back and forth to bank to get check and the gas and tolls to hear this unpersonable Sales manager say "how do you know its not something minor". Idon't live near Grieco Ford so saying I wont go there again is meaningless. If you choose to go, bring a mechanic and check your car good.

I had a positive experience with salesman Mike Littlefield. He was courteous, respectful, accommodating and responsive throughout our communications.... After some negotiating, we were able to reach a deal that I felt was fair. I am not a fan of the car-buying experience, but as far as this one goes, it was pretty painless thanks to MIke!

I would like to thank Keith Kramer from the service department. I limped my car in while over 70 miles away from my home and he immediately took the vehicle... in, got me a loaner so I can get back home and had my car fixed by the next day.
