Deceptive, Disorganized, and Not Worth Your Trust — Go Elsewhere I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Ford of Raynham and deeply regret it. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating, time-consuming mess filled with avoidable delays, poor communication, and outright dishonesty — especially from DJ (sales) and Jeff (finance). Key information was never disclosed — including that I wouldn’t be able to drive the vehicle home the day of purchase without a transit plate. I was told the registration paperwork would go out immediately, but it didn’t. When I asked for the truck to be delivered after all the delays, my reasonable request was dodged or ignored. I spent hours traveling, lost work income, and received little more than vague apologies and resistance. DJ eventually framed his partial effort to meet halfway as a "kindness from the heart" — ignoring the fact that much of the hassle was due to their own missteps. Jeff, the finance manager, never responded to my email or text at all. They also sold me an extended warranty at a price that was $1,000 higher than what I later found online for the exact same Ford Protect coverage. Do not buy a warranty from them. The one bright spot in this whole experience was Kellee Simoes, the Customer Relations Manager — she was professional, responsive, and tried to help where others wouldn't. As for DJ and Jeff, I truly hope they are motivated to find jobs where they can actually be honest. That much deception and avoidance has to lead to a painful and stressful life. I don’t know if this reflects Grieco Ford as a whole, but these two made the experience one I would never want to repeat.

Bill Rudolph is our sales person. We spent a bit more than we wanted to, but that's car shopping for you. After being disappointed at our previous dealership we found Grieco! Bill was very helpful. We are certainly going to see him again when we purchase another vehicle.

I traveled approximately one hour to Grieco Ford in Raynham on a Friday to test drive a specific Mustang GT with particular features and options that I was seeking. I chose this dealership despite the presence of closer Ford dealerships because they had the exact vehicle I was interested in. Prior to my visit, I had three separate phone conversations with the salesperson. During each of these conversations, I specifically asked about the availability of this particular Mustang GT. I was assured each time that the vehicle was in stock and ready for sale. These confirmations were a significant factor in my decision to travel to the dealership. After considering the test drive over the weekend, I returned to the dealership the following Monday morning. Upon expressing my intention to purchase the vehicle, I was informed by the salesperson that the Mustang GT was currently unavailable for sale due to what they described as a "manufacturer's inferred recall" related to a potential issue with the backup camera system. I was told that affected vehicles are not expected to be released for sale until potentially winter/spring of 2026. The salesperson then attempted to redirect my attention to a different Mustang GT that was not subject to the recall- an apparent bait & switch. Had I been interested in purchasing any random Mustang GT, I would not have made two separate trips, totaling four hours of driving time, to this specific dealership, particularly after being given repeated assurances that the specific car I wanted was available. It's my opinion that the dealership was likely aware of the vehicle's unavailability prior to my visit and allowed me to test drive it nonetheless, hoping that I would be willing to compromise and purchase a different vehicle because of a lack of impulse control. While I understand that dealerships may face circumstances outside of their control regarding manufacturer recalls, it’s essential for dealerships to be transparent about vehicle availability before allowing potential customers to invest significant time in the process. The lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's status, despite multiple prior confirmations over the phone, resulted in a waste of my time. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential Mustang GT buyers ask specific questions about the availability of specific vehicles with Grieco Ford before traveling to the dealership.

Bob goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. Emma was great when I picked up the vehicle, and Laura from service was very accommodating and professional. These 3 team members made it a great experience. Highly recommend this professional team.

I had Bob Childs for a salesman.
I had Bob Childs for a salesman. He was straight forward and did what he said he was going to do. The inspection sticker did not work out at the dealer after waiting for 1 hour and had to leave; all inspection personnel had gone to lunch. It would be a good idea for them to stagger their lunch times. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

My son purchased a used vehicle.
My son purchased a used vehicle. We asked why such low miles for an almost 3 yr old vehicle . We were told the vehicle needed a part that was unable to get during Covid so they bought the car back. We asked several times if that would show on a car fax and if it would be on the title . The swore to us it would be a clean title and show nothing . My so when to trade the car in and a dealer said it’s worth $0. To them because it showed damaged title .

I went to a couple of dealerships I was really nervous so a friend mentioned I should look at the Ford Bronco, I Really Loved it ! The sales representative Mathew Bolek helped me with the whole process also he mentioned a delivery coordinator Emma Paull she was very helpful she went threw each part of the vehicle and what it did they both were professional and understanding since I also have a hearing loss so I would recommend Route 44 Raynham Ford
