I received a phone call from your used car manager.

I received a phone call from your used car manager. Les who lowballed an offer on our Pacifica van, I told him it was certified and is in wonderful condition he offered 25000.00 and it was online for 27000.00. I then told him I would be happy to find him one closer to his price range at this point he told me it's the color he wanted and could not find one out there. I told les all about our warranties and that we could ship the car. Being in the business he knew it was a great deal. We struck a deal on this certified Pacifica, then he wanted to renegotiate the deal he wanted free shipping we agreed, and then he wanted the best rate possible he got it then he wanted a warranty but only if we cut our rate we told him that is illegal. If that's the way you guys do business I feel sorry for your customers. I told Les several times we were going to back out this deal please purchase elsewhere. Now everything is just about done and he wants new tires on a certified vehicle that passed all inspections. I had my Gen sales manager speak to les he said he would cut him a check for 300 to help on a set of tires, he passed. I personally would not talk bad about another dealer but this is in response to the Dealer rater Les sent us. Be careful purchasing from Les.

Alex Bondy was great to work with as a first-time car

Alex Bondy was great to work with as a first-time car buyer. He is easy to relate to and talk to. He is clear about what to expect during the buying process. The vehicle I wanted was at a different dealership and he was quick to get the car transferred. He was also very responsive over the phone will all the questions I had and responded quickly. He even offered to come in on his day off to get some paperwork submitted. Definitely would recommend asking for him when purchasing from this dealership!

Purchased a used Ford from Monroe Dodge back in August

Purchased a used Ford from Monroe Dodge back in August 2023. 4 days after the check engine light came on. I took it to Monroe Dodge 4-5 times to have it fixed as each time they fixed it it kept coming back on. Finally they had me come in and look at a couple different vehicles to trade in the Ford. I went in and test drove 2 vehicles and really liked a Jeep. I was told it was a done deal and it would be done the next day. I didn't hear back the next day so I called. My dealer had Rob from Used sales call me. He stated they were not swapping out the Ford for the Jeep, that they were taking the Ford to a Ford dealership cause they had the equipment to fix the engine light. It was a complete waste of my time to come in and test drive other vehicles. 3 weeks the Ford dealership had my car with minimum updates. Finally, I get my car back and the light came back on. I tried reaching out to Rob several times and he never got back to me. The last time I had to take my car back to Monroe Dodge he was supposed to come over and meet with me and discuss the next steps. He never did. The 3 hours I was at Monroe Dodge, he was too busy to meet with me. Finally, Monroe Dodge (after 3 months of stress and paying on a vehicle I only had a quarter of the time) decided to change the Ford in for something in the same price range. It was xxxx and extremely stressful. I only spoke to Rob once in the beginning of all this. After that he made up every excuse not to respond to my messages. I have been a customer for over 20 years at Monroe Dodge. Never again.
