Terrible service department!!! Went in there with a OBD code that comes and goes told them what it was, and instead of looking for the problem that we brought it in for they decided that they were going to go another direction and attempted to have us pay $2000 for a catalytic converter replacement. When asked about our original problem, they said we did not have a engine code for that even though they were told that it comes and goes. For the record, we have a lifetime warranty on the vehicle. However, the catalytic converter is excluded from that warranty go figure. Even though they did not troubleshoot or fix the original problem that we brought it in for they still charged us $171 diagnostic fee. Then they erased the supposed catalytic converter fault as they told my wife I told them to clear it which I would’ve never did because I wanted to see the fault myself. Seems awful shady and they did not fix the original problem.

They are very professional and take care of business in a timely manner, got my oil changed and my tires rotated. They are my go to place

Bring your Model X here
Great price. Intelligent staff, but most importantly they listen to you and your needs. I brought my Model X in for a tire swap, and we walked through all the nuances of the car together. They handled it perfectly, from jack points to lug nut covers to jack mode, etc. I will be using them again.

The only bright spot at this dealership was Hailee at the front desk and Sara the title clerk and a few people in service. Their customer service was excellent. Other than that, I’m reminded why I shop out of town every time I come here. First they couldn’t order a hellcat for me, so I went to yark in Toledo. Decided to sell said hellcat I ordered since the market went crazy and I was way ahead in equity. Called Toledo dealer first and they assured me they could write me a check on the spot for my positive equity, as I watched them do for my friend’s Ram. As I was about to take it there, I figured I would stop and give these guys another shot to redeem themselves. Everything was going excellent, they told me they couldn’t write the check same day because the person to write it was on a golf outing and that I could come back Monday. Brought the car back Monday after signing paperwork Saturday, and they inform me that I now have to wait until title clears. Extremely frustrating but whatever. Now the title has cleared, and it’s turned into “the title has to get here first.” This will probably take another 30 days. As I’m being misinformed and getting the run around on not being able to get the check so they can save theirselves if things fall through, the sales manager has been driving MY car around and managed to put 400 miles on it in a little over a week. Extremely unprofessional. Proceed with caution.
