Just bought a pre-owner 2022 Kia Telluride from Putnam Chrysler and it was a really good experience working with Chris Barsness. Never did I feel pressured. Chris answered all my many questions over several days off back and forth. I was able to test drive it again for an extended time (multiple hours). After which I requested some issues fixed and he made sure the service team fixed them before I paid in full. He was super knowledgeable about the features of the car and went through everything with me before I drove it away. He also arranged to get my old car home to me. I like that it's a family owned business and they really seem to care about customer satisfaction.
