I was searching for the right vehicle and found an option at their dealership that is more than 50 miles from my home. Dave, Tim and Alex made the car... buying process very simple. We are more than happy with the vehicle and appreciate their service. They even have a kids room that our daughter was able to play in for a little while.
Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Finance people need training ,rude ruined my buying experience would never buy anything from this dealership.... Buyer beware!
JD, We are sorry you feel like you had a poor experience here. Bank Lenders require the down payment on a vehicle to be in the form of cash or check.... I have only two fails on this. !) Due to past issues in my life with ex-cons targeting me (once being rammed in my son's car at Taylor and Sev, I had asked... that my car be kept in overnight until I picked it up first in the morning. It was outside in the open with frost when I arrived. (I was in my son's car when on of them rammed us, and my wife also attacked in the grocery store by one, I am a bit cautions. 2) I had asked for the old parts to be returned. The manifold and other parts were not. I was unable to call back that day as I was called into work early and had to get to sleep (midnight shift). Otherwise, the work seems to be excellent quality so far.

Stopped in to Brad Manning Ford to test drive a few vehicles that we have been considering. While we still haven't made a decision we know that this is... where we will buy our next vehicle. Their Sales Representative Dean Tewksbury was and has been very patient with our questions and is extremely knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles. He still keeps in contact when new stock arrives with the features that we are looking for.
