Buying my leased car

Jeremy kept in touch with me during my leasing time. When the lease was ending he took the leadership and got all the details lined up for me to purchase the Escape I had leased. All I had to do was make an appointment time and sign some paperwork. Everything went so smooth. I am so glad as this was my third purchase at Stillwell Ford.

Great dealership

This the second vehicle I have bought from Christopher Finch. Always a smooth transaction and great service. Called them on Thursday, looked at the truck Friday after work, picked it up Saturday morning.

Too easy

Rob Sayles had one of his guys pick me up at airport, and drove me 2 hours to there dealership. Upon arrival vehicle was out front ready to go. Rob had all of the paperwork ready to go based on the terms agreed upon. This was the smoothest car buying experience ever!

Very Good Dealership and sales experience

I had a competent, patient sales rep helping me with specifics on a used car at the Stillwell lot. David was proactive, thorough and professional. I especially appreciated his help given I was coming from out of state. I also appreciated the dealership, it's facilities and people and do recommend it to others.

Stay at home mom

Jim was great! Very nice. He took time to explain things and fearures. My middle school age son even enjoyed talking with him. Very accommodating.

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and within 6 days of driving it, had FIVE service codes come up on my dash and when I addressed it with the dealership they were not helpful and said they would not correct the issues as it was an "as-is" sale. My concern beyond this is that these vehicles are so-called "serviced" by licensed technicians before heading off the lot. So, are the technicians not capable of doing the proper work needed or is the sales team trying to pull a fast one for a quick buck? VERY UNSATISFIED!

There are no inaccuracies, this owner is xxxx

To clarify you do have to disclose vital information about a vehicle. I was told YOU couldn’t add YOUR 3 month warranty, that has nothing to do with the factory warranty. I have signed documents showing DEALER WARRANTY INCLUDED which is 5 yr 60,000 miles, my vehicle would qualify for if it wasn’t from Canada. Uconnect is not simply a Bluetooth application, it uses sprint 3G data to also locate the vehicle if it was stolen. None of these features work in the US since Canada uses a different cell carrier, along with the monthly features your mentioned, nothing works. Dustin just being a salesman has no control over that kind of information since he’s not purchasing the vehicles from Canada. The owner sat in my face and didn’t feel the need to mention any of this, for that you are a disgusting low individual. I would gladly post a picture of the window sticker along with the buyers guide in my paperwork where you have “Dealer Warranty” checked. Feel free to give me a call to clarify unless I need to respond with another 1 star review which you most definitely deserve. To try to say to snuck this information in while I was signing is also sad and disgusting, unfortunately you forgot to add that in my paperwork, my documents show you lied.

Owner is didn’t disclose vital information

Owner of dealership didn’t disclose my vehicle was from Canada and the Uconnect system or factory warranty that should still be valid wouldn’t exist. I would never recommend them, they did this to me knowing I was a veteran.

I am not sure where the confusion is, but there are a few inaccuracies in your statement, the first being the owner didn't disclose the vehicle is from Canada, you did not work with the owner, you worked with Dustin, your sales person and the GSM Chris, which both disclosed to you that there was no warranty and that we did not have the ability to add on and extended warranty as you wanted. As for UConnect that is simply a blue-tooth feature to connect your phone to the automobile, to accept incoming phone calls, the features you are referring to not working are part of UConnect Access, which is a paid monthly subscription feature, it is not a free service.
