Bought a Dodge Durango at the beginning of June.

Bought a Dodge Durango at the beginning of June. The day after we bought it there has been a Uconnect box error. Took 3 weeks just to have it looked at. Was supposed to be contacted about a loaner for them to look at it again but that was 7 weeks ago. I have called 3 times to have someone say they will look into and call back but have yet to get a call back.

Connor was great to deal with, he was very helpful with all of our questions. Connor was very professional. I haven’t purchased a vehicle at Brad Deery in a long time but I’m sure I’ll consider Conner next time we are looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Conner

Rob was very helpful during the buying process.

Rob was very helpful during the buying process. He is very enthusiastic and we were able to reach a good deal for both myself and the dealership. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions fully. He is someone that I have and will continue to recommend since buying from him. The way that he and the rest of the staff treated was great!! Overall I can’t say enough about his service and the way he treated me.

They are dishonest.

They are dishonest. They give you rock bottom trade in and sale high retail. I had a used truck from them for 90 days and the transmission went out. They made zero attempt to help me out. I even said I would buy another truck from them. Never again will Brad Deery have my business. This was my 4th vehicle I had bought from Deery. No loyalty on their part. The sales manager made no effort. The salesman was ok

Mr. Never again, we strive to help customers anyway that we can. We did offer to trade you out of the vehicle and get you into something else. We did disclose that it was an AS-IS truck and any repairs that were to come up in the future would be your responsibility, which you signed off on. When you buy a truck with 200,000+ miles on the odometer there is some risk that you take of components failing.

We received excellent service from Jennifer. We appreciated her attention to us and how quickly she took care of our needs. We would recommend her 100% Jennifer followed up with us the day after we made our purchase and asked if we needed anything and we LOVED that.
