Bought a Dodge Durango at the beginning of June. The day after we bought it there has been a Uconnect box error. Took 3 weeks just to have it looked at. Was supposed to be contacted about a loaner for them to look at it again but that was 7 weeks ago. I have called 3 times to have someone say they will look into and call back but have yet to get a call back.

We came in asking for Randy and by chance we came upon Garrett. He was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions and helped up find the perfect vehicle!! We would recommend Brad Deery to all our friends and family!! Garrett and Randy were amazing and we will be returning for a 7th vehicle in the near future!!

came in for an oil change and to get the radio fixed. extended warranty paid for the new radio and paid for labor up to $125/hr. derry charges $145/hr and would not match the rate, so i had to pay extra for labor. picked up the truck and no paper floor mat and the center console was a mess from trying to update the radio with a usb. my truck has never leaked anything, but now i have an oil spot on the driveway under the truck. serious lack of customer service and respect, and after the radio gets replaced i will never go here again.

Rick Kagemann, We are sorry you feel this way. It sounds like you are actually upset with your extended warranty company for not covering all of your bill, leaving you liable for the difference. We did not sell you that extended warranty. We're sorry that whoever did sell it you, didn't sell you something that adequately covered your vehicle. You also used a coupon for your oil change that only covered 5 quarts and your truck takes 7, so you had to pay the difference for the additional 2 quarts as well. We would be happy to take a look and see if there is anything leaking on your engine when we install the radio.

I was having coolant leak fixed on my Sonic. Which I purchased at Brad Deery in 2016. Our old second car was getting tired. We had cruised the lot saw a blue Jeep. After meeting Safo,Alisha,Juan & Kody we went home with the blue Jeep. The shop had the parts in stock for the Sonic it went home too. The rest of the story everyone at your shop very helpful.
