Not a Cadillac dealership anymore

They told me that they are no longer a Cadillac dealership per se. F. Said he’d have to buy a Cadillac from another dealership to even get a new Cadillac. I did end up buying a new ‘23 Escalade ESV Platinum from Rohrich in Pittsburgh

Avoid this Dealership

I am currently deployed in the Middle East and left my Audi Q7 for service with Audi Erie. The service department had my vehicle from May 3, 2023 to July 12, 2023. After paying a $4,600 bill, issues persist despite the service manager assuring a clean bill of health. The overall experience was terrible. I later learned the parts arrived a month prior to work completion due to an employee quitting and not sharing the details of my vehicle need. I highly recommend considering a dealership in Cleveland or Pittsburgh. I promise it's worth the drive. Reasons to consider another Audi service department: - Customer Service - Competence - Capacity - Unfair pricing

Have to shop for Audi outside of Erie, not here

Haven't had good luck here looking for an Audi. Heck, we spent a good 45 minutes looking at one car, waiting 30 minutes to get them to pull together a test drive and then were then told the car had been sold. And, well, they didn't have any other Audi Q7's for us to test out, even though there were several on the lot. I assume they simply wanted to go home, and not fuss with a potential customer. Very frustrating.

Fantastic - Role Model Dealer!

Dealing with Roth Audi / Erie Audi was the most pleasant new car buying experience I have had. I drove over 100 miles to do business with the dealer, and I'll do it again and again. My local Audi dealer was terrible. Steve Cornell was absolutely great. Did most work via e-mail and phone calls. Everything was prepared and ready on delivery date. I'd recommend this dealer to family, friends, and anyone looking for the best deal and great service!

Damaged items and never telling us. Take it in for the same problem three times. Treating my wife as if she knows nothing. Takiing it in for one problem and getting it back with other non functing items that worked when the car was taking in.

great dealer

i bought a used audi tt 2004 here last week. i only saw pictures of the car and negotiated on the phone and bought it without seeing it in person (never did this before). I dealt with steve cornell and the manager Kurt. overall very easy to deal with both guys, they were very truthful with regards to condition of the car and there were no surprises when i went to pick up the car. overall excellent buying experience, too bad they are not closer to where i live. would highly recommend them.
