    I was a first time buyer and Levalley made my experience very pleasant. Terry did an exceptional job with walking me through the process. He had the vehicle... that I emailed him about prepared when I made it to the dealership. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very engaged. He helped me to make sure that I had my insurance transferred accurately, patiently waiting for me to get my registration from my previous vehicle, and introduced me to everyone who would be directly working with me and who were apart of the team. They seem to have a great comradery and they collectively have great energy! It made for a great experience because I felt comfortable. I know that it is apart of the job to sell, but I didn’t feel like I was just another number. I was even told, “Welcome to the family!” before I exited and it reassured me that I made the right decision. Terry & Levalley contributed to my confidence with my buy. Thanks guys!

    Sales staff, Terry, went way beyond in meeting my needs!! Wasn’t pushy but was pointed enough to steer me towards making a definitive decision.... He would have taken me on as many test drives as I needed. He definitely satisfied me. What a great hire!

    A few days ago I drove into the LeValley lot to look for a used SUV. Sales consultant Terry Fritz walked out to my car in the pouring rain to welcome me.... When I told Terry what I was looking for he said he had a vehicle in mind and brought it out for me to drive. It was pretty, in good condition and most importantly in my price range. I decide to purchased that SUV. Before taking possession of it Terry had it cleaned and had a few minor repairs done. During this process I observed several sales, finance and support staff focused on their duties. They all made eye contact, smiled and some interacted with me. All were professional and all made me feel appreciated and welcomed. The facility was very clean and offered a lot of services but Terry Fritz and the young men he works with add a touch of class to that establishment. I love my little SUV and I like those guys. I'll be back.☺

    I had gone in with a friend a few months ago and witnessed the way the general manager John talked and introduced himself to not only my friend but I over... heard him telling the salesman how bad my friends credit was! I will definitely not recommend this dealer & John should not be a general manager!
