I took my 2021 equinox in for oil change,tire rotation,

I took my 2021 equinox in for oil change,tire rotation, and a couple of troublesome things. The oil change and tire rotation went well. This is the second time I've had my car in for the Drivers side mirror warning lights malfunctioning. They said that all the diagnostics are fine...so there's nothing wrong, nothing to fix. My mirror warning light is still malfunctioning. I can not trust it to tell me whether there is a car in my blind spot or not. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't come on at all when a car is passing me, and some times it comes on to warn me of a car passing but then doesn't turn off for quite a few minutes. If I go to pull into the passing lane, it blinks at me warning that there is a car there because it hasn't shut off from the previous car that passed. But the diagnostics say there is no problem.

I took my 2020 Traverse in for an inspection, oil change

I took my 2020 Traverse in for an inspection, oil change and service. The inspection failed due to a couple reasons, one being the washer pump was inoperable, I was quoted a price to replace this at $384.00 + tax. I decided to fail the inspection at this time as I have until the end of February, 2025 to have my car inspected. Turns out the pump was not inoperable but the sub zero temperatures was the issue. Temps have warmed up a little and my windshield washer works just fine! Times are hard people, we shouldn't have to deal with this type of service! Shame on all of you!

Great service department Mark is always helpful and

Great service department Mark is always helpful and friendly we usually have the same tech work on our vehicles and he always does an excellent job. I enjoy the service that is always great check in to shuttle service to the return of our vehicle.

Work done in a timely manner and appreciated the ride

Wish I could give negative stars ratings.

Wish I could give negative stars ratings. First of all, I am thankful my daughter and grandkids are living, they could have died from what happened . I tried to help daughter, as her Suburban needed inspection, with emission parameter. I called from Cleveland, Ttalked to a Mark, and he referred me to a Rick. Daughter was coming home in Pennsylvania, so we would drop it off, have inspection, oil change , tire rotation done. This Rick (not sure if I indicated correct man, as I did not know name, but presuming only Rick in Service) somehow detected Dad was helping his 9 month pregnant daughter. He quickly told us we needed to replace all fluids, and so much more - to the tune of about $1600.00. We were tired, vulnerable, arrived just before they closed, and I agreed to all his spiel in the interest of protecting daughter and kids. I left, then called and he could not be reached. Called at 7:30 am, when they said he would be in next day, and he told me they already drained all the fluids, after I told him to do only what I initially asked for. Not only that, he told me the tires (new that I had just had put on recently!) showed cords, worn, and he had to replace one, and put a used one on as I was so disgusted, as a favor, at no cost. We were to pick vehicle up on way back to Cleveland, and they were closed, so keys left in vehicle. I got there, and he put a bald tire on my daughter's car! I was livid. She had to drive back home like that, with grandkids ! Criminal, and after they inspected it, he put a bald tire on! Immediately took it to dealer in Cleveland to put another new tire on, and they could not believe it, but, life. I contacted Chevrolet, and more, but, since I was not the owner, could not do much. Daughter and husband resident physicians, so they were busy and could not help. Just criminal, I will never forget this despicable scammer. At the time this dealership was in the papers for so many other scams, and for the life of me I don't know how they survived all the press and descriptions of what they did. Again, I am happy daughter and grandkids were not hurt or killed on way home with that bald tire. Please check the past history of this dealership, and be very , very wary if you encounter this Rick fellow in service, if he still works there.
