Wanted to look at a 2022 Durango, but their "financial

Wanted to look at a 2022 Durango, but their "financial specialist" is driving it like his personal vehicle. Texting Matt was worthless, came all the way to see it, and it wasn't even there again!! Not wasting my time or my money buying a highly potential xxx off their lot. As I waited Matt pulled up a charger that look like they use it in Derby, pay attention to these vehicles people! They want 30,000 for a charger that looks like they picked it up at a junk yard swap meet...smh. Note Matt if someone says that they're going to be there in the morning it's good protocol to have the vehicle there! After looking at the recent Google reviews, which i should have did before even wasting my gas to go; and all the one stars, I'd say that y'all spared me! Thank you, for being unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my time. But time is all I wasted Dodged a big bullet !!! I'll be staying clear of Vicksburg Dodge dealerships!

Bought our truck here and the salesman Joe Mater was not

Bought our truck here and the salesman Joe Mater was not pushy and was so knowledgable! He has always been there for us no matter what. Any questions or service concerns we have had, he has always bee there to help. Their staff is like family!

Service department was terrible, I made an appointment

Service department was terrible, I made an appointment two weeks in advance to get my vehicle serviced and they ordered the wrong parts and failed to communicate it to me keeping my vehicle for an extra day forcing me to find a ride to work..what's worse is the guy Mike at the counter didn't even give me a courtesy call saying my van wouldn't be ready that day I had to call when the place was nearly closed to find out .forcing me to find a ride to work the next day...never again

Vicksburg went Above & beyond!

I had a very positive experience with this dealership. I purchased my Jeep brand new from Hayes in Kalamazoo a little over a year ago. I had less that 10k mile on my Jeep when a faulty water pump gave out. I was really upset and we had a trip planned in a few weeks. My vehicle was not drivable. I contacted the dealership where I bought my Jeep and they told me they were not going to be able to get me in the shop for 4-6 weeks and they were unable to provide me a loaner vehicle! Vicksburg got me in right away and even provided me with a free loaner vehicle. I was originally told it could take 4 weeks before I even got the water pump due to the crazy supply chain issues and shortages of parts. Vicksburg shopped around and were able to get me a water pump in about a week because they worked hard knowing I wanted my Jeep for my planned trip. They went out of their way to do what Hayes was not willing to do. I highly recommend Vicksburg if you want good customer service and maintenance after purchase. I will purchase my next vehicle from Vicksburg.

Vicksburg went Above & beyond!
