I've purchased two brand new trucks from Bob Pion and was initially thrilled with the offer of free services for the first few maintenance visits. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration. Despite the promise of free services, they consistently schedule my oil changes and other maintenance appointments months out. This delay essentially makes the free services unusable when you actually need them. It's disappointing to see a reputable dealer use such tactics to avoid fulfilling their commitments. I expected better customer service and integrity from Bob Pion.

Very Happy! I recently purchased a Cadillac XT4 from Bob Pion in Chicopee. My salesman, Ric Tereso, was very helpful and made the sale a smooth one. After the purchase I did have a problem with the car within two weeks and it was in their repair shop for 10 days with some type of electrical failure. Needless to say I was not happy, but Bob Pion did provide me a vehicle to use for the entire time so I wasn't without transportation. Joe in repair kept me updated daily as to the situation, even though I was probably difficult to deal with! The problem was within the circuitry so was difficult to diagnose. I was quite leery about taking the vehicle back since at that point I did not think it to be reliable, but Sara worked with me to extend my warranty a bit so that I would feel more comfortable with the car. Problems do arise with auto purchases from time-to-time, but to me it is how the dealer handles the problem that makes the difference. I am very happy with how Sara and Ric handled things and am very pleased with my Cadillac!! Thanks very much for going above and beyond to work with me!!

Here's why I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy: Deceptive Advertising: The car I saw online looked pristine, but when I arrived at the dealership, it was a completely different story. The photos must have been taken during the Mesozoic era because the car on the lot was a rusty, dented mess. Unhelpful Staff: The salesperson who "helped" me seemed more interested in their phone than actually assisting me. When I asked about the car's history, they mumbled something about it being "clean" but couldn't provide any concrete details. It felt like they were trying to rush me into a sale without addressing my concerns. Hidden Fees Galore: Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I was hit with a barrage of hidden fees at the last minute. There were charges for everything from "vehicle preparation" to "documentation," and they conveniently forgot to mention any of this beforehand. It felt like highway robbery. Shoddy Repairs: To add insult to injury, the car started having problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. Turns out, Bob Pion Used Cars' idea of "inspection and maintenance" is just a quick spray of air freshener and a pat on the back. I had to spend a small fortune at a reputable mechanic just to make the car roadworthy. As an educated woman with numerous experiences purchasing vehicles, I have been fortunate to have never felt like I was being spoken down to….until I went to this dealership. The salesman felt compelled to “educate” me about technology. I explained that I understand technology very well and then he accused me of getting angry. I thanked him and went on my way. I will never return.
