I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The day after I picked it up, I noticed a minor issue. When I saw the problem, I went back to the dealership. The salesperson told me they would speak to their sales manager, and someone would get back to me. It has been two weeks, and I still have not heard back. I was having a great experience until now.

Review so far: Normal 20k service & inspection sticker +

Review so far: Normal 20k service & inspection sticker + whatever Ford had indicated for my bronco. Car was picked up at home yesterday morning (that service is nice)....... BUT I still don't have it back 24 hours later. Promised contacts for updates have not happened on time, no one picks up the phone other than the dealer operator, no one is responding to texts currently. Can't even assess the actual work done because it is a total black hole. Right now a total "incomplete" and I am left without any vehicle.

I have owned 6 Fords in my life, and bought a 2023 Ford

I have owned 6 Fords in my life, and bought a 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat Edition. After 8k miles the engine blew on my way to a football game with my daughter. Have to say that my experience with Ford's customer service and related policies and processes have left me speechless and rethinking my position of using Ford products going forward. I got the truck towed to the nearest large Ford dealer, which was Jack Madden Ford. I was told there would be no loaner, that I had to get Ford to authorize a rental. After several back and forth discussions, Ford authorized a rental - but I had to find it and it had to be a Ford vehicle. 2 days later I located the elusive car to rent -as it seems a lot of rental agencies have moved away from the Ford platform. I had to pay for the rental upfront - and Ford was supposed reimburse later. Poor communication, a single-skilled replacement mechanic, numerous other "engine replacements in queue and constant delays resulted in it taking 6 weeks to get my truck back. Imagine if I had to rely on said truck for my income - as the rental reimbursement limit certainly wouldn't have paid for a truck. After my truck was returned, I received zero calls, inquiries or "how the heck are you" touches from anyone in the chain. Then came the rental reimbursement, where I had to deal with a customer advocate and the dealer to get moving. A month later they cut a check, but 3 weeks after they said they cut the check I asked as to where it might be? The customer advocate said to "wait for it." I called the dealer (who cut the check) and they said they sent it to an address where I lived when I was a kid??? Evidently they googled my name and sent it to the first address they found, despite having all of my provided information at least a dozen different ways? Still waiting for a check...and I will state unequivocally that I will not be buying a Ford product or supporting Ford products in the future. Its sad that one the best companies in America has devolved.

They had my car for 20 days before even diagnosing a transmission problem. Jack Madden Ford Service Personnel and Manager Marcello does not return calls (plural). Bad transmission on a car with less than 70K miles?? Huge overpriced estimate. Do not use Jack Madden Ford Service.

Worst service, worst diagnostic workup ever!

Worst service, worst diagnostic workup ever! The Jack Madden service center deserves a negative number, not one star. My 23 year old daughter recently took her 2018 Ford 150 4X4 in with an odd electrical issue. One day the truck did not start, totally dead, battery was fine. AAA got the truck running by completing an electrical connection to the solonoid and told her to take it to a Ford dealer for service. The truck was diagnosed with a bad transmission and recommended having the transmission replaced for $10,000! The truck had no history of transmission problems. When we showed up we paid the $189 diagnostic fee and requested the paperwork on the vehicle. There was no paperwork ready. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for the technician to write up a report form the day before. In the report there was no transmission issue noted on the drive test. There was a bad code for a range sensor in the transmission. The range sensor is a $27 part. It is a labor intensive job that could end up costing about $1,000. When we asked why repairing the range sensor was not recommended (never mind they weren't even going to tell us that this was the issue - only that we had a bad transmission), we were told that one thing could lead to another and in the end the cheaper way to go was to replace the transmission. More than $10,000! We took the truck to a real transmission shop that diagnosed a bad wire but when they started the job realized that it was only a bad electrical connection to the transmission. The truck is fine and we saved $10,000 by not taking the advice of Jack Madden Ford. We will never, ever go back there and neither should anyone else.
