I agree with a few other reviews here. It' very hard to get a straight answer for a trade in value. I went in with every intention of buying a used car... I saw on their website. When I asked how much I could get for my car the sales person said they couldn't give me the value until we made a deal on a car. ????? makes no sense. They he began asking me how much I owe on my car and he could probably give me a "couple thousand" for it. Book value was $9,500. Madden - why do you make it so hard? After 20 min there I had to go home and shower because of the BS being thrown around.

This place is a SCAM. I could talk about how rude their customer support team is or perhaps how snarky they are when you are trying to get a quote. But,... I’d like to focus on the fact that they are liars. I made them an offer for a car in writing. They respond “My Boss says he would like to do the Deal…. But he has to see the [trade in].” Great! I drive in they evaluate the trade in and give me exactly what I was asking for but, the price was $5000 over the deal they said they would do. Called out the sales manager Sean and his response was “I never agreed to anything!” A representative of your company did. Basically they are performing a horrendous bait and switch. They lie to get you in the door and then don’t offer their claims. I have been to multiple dealers and purchased multiple cars. A surprise $500 document fee? Annoying but ok. $5000 extra out the door? I’m willing to bet their sales manager has a get people in the door quota so he is willing to misrepresent to meet it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!
Gregory it sounds as if there is a bit of confusion on both parts here. After reviewing the emails that were sent from you and one of our representat...ives it says that your offer was "$42,500 out the door and you were hoping for an additional $500 to get you to $42,000 out the door". After reviewing the sales quote that we gave you when you were here we priced you at $41,962 out the door. We have been in business for over 60 plus years all while being owned by the same family, I can assure you that there was no bait and switch here so we would like to talk this through and see if there is anything that we can do to correct the matter. Don't waste your time shopping here. They play the classic used car sales games. The used car sales manager is a phantom. I couldn't get the answer... to the value of my trade Thursday night because he went home for the evening at 7 PM. I couldn't get my salesperson to answer texts or emails on Friday with the value of the trade. Initially said he needed to speak with used car salesman, but he was at the auction and didn't know when the manager would be coming in. Salesperson left me a message 30 minutes before they closed to call him. I called salesperson Saturday morning and was told I couldn't get the value of my trade over the phone, I had to go in person to the dealership again to get the answer. I reminded the salesperson that I was already there in person once and couldn't get the answer then. He refused to give me the answer over the phone. If you enjoy used car sales games, this is the place for you.

One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Brittany was excellent, knowledgeable, and gave the best demo with attention to every detail, and... certainly was not pushy (which is a criticism I have had with other dealerships). An all around enjoyable experience....wonderful interactions with the sales manager, finance manager and Jack Madden. Beautiful new service facility with exceptionally friendly staff. We will be back.
