Awesome Customer Service from Gabriel
I haven't lived in Van Buren County since 2018..I was visiting a relative in Van Buren County on 2/4/21. When I was getting ready to get on the road to head home I noticed one of my tires needed air. It was almost noon on a Saturday and the weather was pretty bad. I didn't know how I was going to resolve it but my first thought was to call Seelye in Paw Paw Michigan. I'd had my vehicle serviced there prior to moving in 2018. Not to make this review any longer I'd just like to say Gabriel went above and beyond to help me even though their Service Department was closed. The weather was pretty bad and I just wanted to get home safely. Thanks to Gabriel I was able to get on the road safely. I wish I could mention Gabriel 's last name but unfortunately I lost his card. Thank you Gabriel!
Sales Person Paul lied about condition of vehicle
1.5 hours to look at van. Said on phone that it was super clean, it was not it was keyed with burn holes in seats

We bought a truck from seethe of paw paw I was under the impression they serviced and checked out their vehicles before putting on the lot since buying our truck we had nothing but problems the paperwork was nothing but confusion delay after delay wrong parts ordered more delays have had to have several things fixed on truck paid most of it out of pocket they did offer to pay half on one of the problems which we appreciate and now it’s once again in a shop being worked which is costing us more money don’t have but don’t have a choice was going to purchase a second vehicle from them but that changed put a bad taste in our mouth but will say the people from the garage were very helpful in trying to be of help just did not have a very pleasant experience overall
And also having repairs on the old truck
We use Wally as our salesman. He makes himself available and he keeps in touch with his people. Try’s hard to fill your needs, and if he doesn’t have it on his lot him or the people he works will find what you are looking for. Saves me time from driving around endless and still not finding what I want.
Enjoy working with sales, Mike Karpenko. He is the reason that I come back to PAW PAW. Service writers are un- experienced.
Helpful, friendly staff not pushy.
We came just to look and ended up buying the first car we saw. Wally(our salesman) was not pushy at all, he gave us the information we wanted and never tried to push us to buy the car we did or anything else.(like something more expensive)

They were all very helpful, i was able to meet and spend time with 3 of the employees, Wally, Apollo, and Jeremy, they were all extremely helpful. they fixed some problems of the purchased vehicle for me with out hesitation and lent me and my family a Rental vehicle that at no charge to us while they had our new vehicle. that was extremely helpful.
