Misleading price to divert customers to their

Misleading price to divert customers to their website/dealership. Upon contacting they say accidently my manager missed last digit which actually makes it 10times of their price.

I recently purchased a 2021 Acadia from here and worked with Joe B and Jacob D and they were very awesome to work with. Very patient ,welcoming, informative and basically made me feel at ease. They both made sure I was getting the best offer I could while getting what I wanted. Pleasure doing business with both a of them and I will be a repeat customer as my mom was. Thanks again guys!

Love Charles speed when I need to purchase a new vehicle.

Love Charles speed when I need to purchase a new vehicle. Very kind! The service department Customer service staff are rude and make you not want to get your car serviced there. There is a definite need to retrain or hire new polite staff. No deserves the attitude. Avoid Hannah in the service department!

Horrible buying experience

Horrible buying experience. We all know new car availability was limited due to the pandemic and computer chip problems. I was willing to be patient and had been working with Neal for several months. He knew what I was looking for. Neil called me after hours on a Friday evening stating he had found a car exactly fitting my description. Although not new, it was a dealer car with only 4,000 miles on it. I told him I was definitely interested. He informed me he was not working on Saturday but that I could go to the dealership and any salesperson could handle the transaction, just tell them that I "was working with Neal on it" and they would take care of me. I arrived the dealership just 15 minutes after opening and right away a salesperson approached. I informed him what I was there for but much to my surprise he told me he thought another salesman had a buyer already in his office making a deal on that vehicle. He asked him to come talk with us to get the details. He said it was true and that buyer drove all the way from Detroit to buy the vehicle. He then became quite "giddy" explaining that there was also a second buyer and that the two of them had gotten into a "bidding war" for the vehicle. He looked at me and said " your welcome to make a bid as the highest bidder will drive the vehicle home." I stated I realized I would have to pay sticker price and Neal had already told me what it was and I came here prepared to pay that amount, but I will not enter into a bidding war for it. The salesman walked away laughing and stated "then you have already been outbid for the car!" I hung around a while to hear the end result and learned the Detroit buyer had paid $2500 over the sticker price! I went home without the car and completely dejected, frustrated and frankly pissed off over the sales philosophy of this dealership. Will never do business with them! I continued my auto search and a short time later found my vehicle at a competitor dealership at a fair price.
