Took my new XT 5 in for its first check up.
Took my new XT 5 in for its first check up. Had a planned vacation in a week or so, so it was great timing. They were very busy and it took 3 hrs for the check up We took off on our vacation and made it just South of Traverse City, when a tire came loose and sheared the lugs. We were on the expressway ( highway) and barely made it over I hadn’t been stranded since college (30 years ago) and with that, and the danger to my family, I almost panicked I called TC Cadillac ( Sera-?) and they were wonderful, even sent someone out to help. They put out the effort to get my car out within 24 hrs. Thank you and suggested i in call my dealership upon return home I called them thinking maybe I should have it double checked. The service manager called back, and I hardly had a chance to get a word in. She blamed thieves, and every other excuse The Car was in my garage. I didn’t expect an apology, (legal) but out of consent , maybe an offer to check just in case. Very poor regard If you value your family’s safety, you need a mechanic you can trust I am not confident this is the place

Misleading price to divert customers to their
Misleading price to divert customers to their website/dealership. Upon contacting they say accidently my manager missed last digit which actually makes it 10times of their price.

Love Charles speed when I need to purchase a new vehicle. Very kind! The service department Customer service staff are rude and make you not want to get your car serviced there. There is a definite need to retrain or hire new polite staff. No deserves the attitude. Avoid Hannah in the service department!
