Called on a used truck, was told about its issues like exhaust leak and rust over the phone, most dealers have been telling me everything is great and then get there to find the issues, I appreciate them telling me about them before I got there.

Small dealer, but new cars are actually ordered the way people want them, most dealers had the Broncos equipped poorly.

We ultimately decided to wait on buying a vehicle for a little longer. However, I was super impressed with this particular dealership. Pretty much the opposite of the giant dealerships you see in the big city. I never review places but felt compelled to review this one because it stood out. I hate the car buying process, but Nathan was very accommodating and didn’t pressure at all. He also answered an email after hours from me. Another thing that was impressive is their in house financing was better than the big boys in Des Moines. I found myself wanting to make the purchase partly because of how impressed I was with the service/vibe/courtesy of the dealer. When I do decide to make a purchase, this will be the first place I look.

We drove from Wisconsin to purchase a used car from Union Auto. The car was exactly as described and we are delighted with our purchase! This dealership is an old-school business located in a very small town. There is no fancy showroom, high powered salespeople, or pressure. What you get here is personal service and an attention to detail. We couldn't be more happy with our "new to us" car! Thanks Union Auto.

I inquired about a used Jaguar that I'm very interested in. It was after hours and the next morning I received a personal response. He told me more about the car and told me how to get in touch with him if I had any questions. I told him I'm trying to sell my BMW first. He didn't pressure me or try to get me to trade my car. I'm very impressed with the personal interaction.

I drove 200 miles to buy a suitable truck. Going to do business with Union Ford was worth every mile. So very nice. They represented the truck perfectly. They gave me a reasonable price and took care of all the details.. I am an 80 year old lady and they treated me with so much respect. We will contact them again when we need another vehicle and will recommend them to all our friends and relatives.. Wonderful experience.
