I felt like no one was really helping or taking in the cars that I wanted to buy. They only wanted to show me expensive cars.
Waiting area is excellent! Staff is so attentive and makes you feel welcome and not "oh dear, another job!" Our car was repaired and we were in and out... in less time quoted for the job. We'll definitely go back , if service is needed in the future, even though over 50 miles away!!
Quick and friendly service! The waiting area is very customer friendly with offering drinks, popcorn and other perks to help with the wait.The while process... went smoothly from check in to check out ! The staff was very professional and attentive!

I feel con all throughout the facility. I purchased a truck from this facility. Was told that they would review their “promise to check” I was hearing... noises coming from the truck but I was in a bind and needed a car immediately. When they were done “inspecting” my vehicle I was told that nothing was wrong and the truck was fine and that that was just how it sounded. 7 months later I’ve taken my car to another facility to be checked to find out I’m having major engine troubles. Great thing I grabbed a warranty. Now I’ve taken it back to them just to be told it may just be my exhaust system. I’m not satisfied whatsoever. Whoever is working on these vehicles is only interested in doing the bare minimum. Once this lease is complete I will never return and hope no one else goes here. They will con you and won’t take care of your vehicle.

My salesman Christopher Crenshaw, was a difficult person to convince that we were not going to buy a new car! We wanted to trade our 2005 Ford 500 for... a Ford Edge or Explorer with a moon roof, navigation and a hitch and AWD. He showed us a 2019 Kia Director with no power standard. We told him NO, but he wouldn't give up trying to sell it to us! We WILL NEVER BE BACK TO YOUR DEARLERSHIP!
The Service department is ALWAYS GREAT! Andy, Leonard, Ms. Diane, Cam and the rest of the Battle Creek are always happy to see me. Very personable.
Today I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Seelye Kia. My salesman “Neko Erskine” Definitely made sure the 3rd time was just as great as the 1st. I asked... & he delivered, Neko found the perfect vehicle for me & my family and once again we walked away feeling great about our purchase! The entire staff was outstanding and very helpful.
The fuel pump is going bad. The check engine never got fixed. Sometimes it doesnt feel like starting. Sometimes it stales after it starts. Or revs and... chokes. You know, all the xxxx a 2015 SHOULDNT be doing? Yea. Thanks again. Your a liar and a con man who "promised" to fix the check engine light. I knew I shouodnt have trusted you, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Ps. This is our third payment which means we've only had it TWO months.

Staff was very helpful with me. I went in looking for a used car the staff helped me find a new car with a better deal and coverage.
