My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

Had a bad experience around honesty regarding getting
Had a bad experience around honesty regarding getting both keys for a slightly used $36,000 2024 Toyota Rav. A key was missing and I was not informed by the salesperson that one fob was not available until I was ready to drive off with the car. Initially the GM insisted it was my responsibility to buy another one. After putting some pressure on him and his sales associate he reconsidered and agreed to make good on providing me with another key. I would be careful working with associates there and recommend you make sure you know exactly what you are getting.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Service Department! My daughter just moved to Medford after graduating from PA school. the 2013 Dart that she has been driving has been in the shop in Nashville and Mesa for overheating. The real problem was never discovered and fixed and she was left on the road more than once in the dark far from home. When she took it into Lithia Dodge, it was different. They completed a thorough evaluation, even checking the fluid in the reservoire. That is when they discovered that the head gasket was failing! They fixed not only that, but all they other interacting parts. We are so grateful!!!! The car is running like new and we don't have to worry about when it might overheat. Thanks for a great job! I told them I don’t want the vehicle if you are raising the price, they thought they found a dummy, but it ain’t me. I would say away from these com artist.

Buyers beware, firstly their real pricing is not anything close to the advertised price online. They pretty much tell you if you aren’t the perfect customer they add thousands to the discounted prices they show online. If you’re working with Steve Seus you may as well try a different dealership. Can barely get a reply and when you do it’s very clear he is not interested in communication. Unfortunate because we were very interested in one of their vehicles but will probably just take business elsewhere.
