They are very responsive when purchasing a car, however,
They are very responsive when purchasing a car, however, afterwards they choose to ignore any and all questions. I purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 and they failed to submit paperwork to the IRS that verifies the purchase of a used EV. I have sent multiple requests and was even told that a sales consultant would reach out to help and have heard nothing. This being a 4,000 tax credit is a good amount to wait on and have prevented me from submitting my taxes as I would not be able to claim this the following year. This would be easily resolved if they would submit the paperwork and even reply to my requests. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this lot and unfortunately will be the last as the continued care of a customer seems not existing at this dealership.

Worst experience of my life dealing with the service department. First appointment was scheduled three months out. They changed it when it got close to another two months without talking to me. When I talked to them about it they said that the way it goes!

My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

Had a bad experience around honesty regarding getting both keys for a slightly used $36,000 2024 Toyota Rav. A key was missing and I was not informed by the salesperson that one fob was not available until I was ready to drive off with the car. Initially the GM insisted it was my responsibility to buy another one. After putting some pressure on him and his sales associate he reconsidered and agreed to make good on providing me with another key. I would be careful working with associates there and recommend you make sure you know exactly what you are getting.
