Nick Chesla was so helpful!

Nick Chesla was so helpful! There was a lot going on with my car and I was unable to do all the suggested repairs at this time. Nick helped me to prioritize the safety issues needing immediate attention. He also pointed out others which were okay to observe for a bit.

I am a GM employee who buys/leases a new car every 2-3

I am a GM employee who buys/leases a new car every 2-3 years. I was hoping this dealership and buying experience would be different than others but it was not. It was actually worse. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. Makes absolutely no sense. 100% of what was done could have/should have been done from the comfort of my home. GM and our dealership network needs to figure this out because competition is heading towards a non-dealership process. Buying a car should be/could be as simple as buying a tv on Amazon. The first dealership that figures this out will win the race.
