Disappointed once again

Was set up for a "boarding pass" twice to come and test drive a car. Both times I arrive to find the car I was interested in not there. No phone call ahead of time, no text message, no email, but they were willing to try and sell me something that I was not interested in. I just want a dealer that wants to sell cars.

Blessed and Thankful !! Trust the process! I DID !

I truly thank Malayasia Patterson and April Seger, for their help in making me smile again. I've had a lot of thing's going on at once. I'm no longer making lemonade at my lemonade stand. I recommend giving them a try.. They got you!! I am driving a 2020 now 🤗

Great dealership! Ask for Brett!

Had such a great experience working with Brett at LaFontaine Dexter. I found the perrrrrfect Suburban I had been looking for and Brett was able to promptly get me in for an appointment and he made the entire process enjoyable and seamless. He worked hard to find me incentives that ultimately saved me thousands. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and all of it’s features and took so much time out of his busy day to give me a really great customer service experience. The entire dealership seemed friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From the finance department to the service department. I would highly recommend working with Brett and I will definitely be a customer for life!

I put down a deposit on a car.

I put down a deposit on a car. The transaction never materialized. Now they will not return my deposit, nor return my phone calls. I am letting my attorney take it from here. Stay away from this dealership

women beware of rude male salesperson

Avoid this dealership. I ordered a Tahoe a year ago and have heard back from them twice. Once was a month ago. No apology. No estimate on manufacture or delivery date. Today, Brett called to say he has two much more expensive vehicles I can choose from. Again, no recognition that I've been waiting for a year. No effort to work on that. When I said I was would prefer to get my vehicle for the price we agreed on a year ago, he said the price will be much higher, especially if I have to buy a 23 model. I understand that cars have gone up. Still, he shouldn't be lying, saying he told me a year ago about the price potentially going up and that it might be 2023 before I get the vehicle. Then he did his "man talking to a dumb woman" thing. When I asked him (pretty nicely) not to speak to me like that, he hung up on me. Although his boss was present when this happened (according to him) and I have left several messages for his boss, nobody has called me back. Buy a car anywhere but here, especially if you're a woman.
