Fabulous communication. I was provided with continuous updates. I also greatly appreciated the technician's descriptive video that he sent me about the service being done and the monitoring of my tires and undercarriage. There was also a very clean, cool waiting area.

Robert Halfacre and his team go above and beyond to assist their clients in getting into the right vehicle and creating a smooth path to do so. This is my third vehicle from LaFontaine in Dexter and my second in working with Robert - my first lease situation. He was so helpful in finding the right lease situation and also working with me to find the best car for my needs. Robert then found the car I wanted in my desired color, and got it to me the next day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and outstanding in their engagement. Michelle made the document signing understandable and easy. The service department at LaFontaine is also excellent. Jason, Nick and the team are very helpful and knowledgeable, great to work with.
