This is a brand new experience for me, as I've dealt only with Atchinson in Belleville since the '80's, until the sudden retirement of my salesman. His replacement failed miserably, as did one I spoke to at Demmer in Wayne. I had received quite a few mailings from Taylor, and decided to check it out. The salesman I was introduced to, Danny Richardville, treated me with respect, had answers for all my questions, and made me very comfortable. At 81, I doubt I'll have a 40 year relationship with Taylor, but we'll see!

Brandon Cooke did a great job making sure my experience was good. He was able to get my vehicle inspection completed quickly and completed all the paperwork in a timely manner.
