Dan was the best sales person that I have ever had buying cars. I have bought several in my time and this was the most seamless process. Paul from financing was great. Josh with my trade in. James who greeted me at the door. All in all - a great process. Anyone who is buying a car in the metro Detroit area should shop at James Martin Chevrolet.

That $52k 2024 RS Black with 22" rims has front grill
That $52k 2024 RS Black with 22" rims has front grill holder clip showing so it was replaced and rear bumper has cut where rear trailer hitch. No reports of accidents but these parts are damaged. Be aware.

I brought my car in for service they kept my car for over
I brought my car in for service they kept my car for over a week and didn?t need to. Not only that the service guy Emmanuel was very rude and lied about the diagnostic and tried to be sarcastic about it ?she kept calling so I gave her the worst? he said my transmission was bad so I ended up taking my car else where and they serviced me way better and turns out there was nothing wrong with my transmission. On top of that I wasn?t given a loaner which caused me to come out of way more money with the diagnostic fee because I had to uber to work. I just wasn?t pleased with the service. The on top of that they changed the decor of my license plate without my permission

In 2023 I purchased an equinox 2019.
In 2023 I purchased an equinox 2019. It was nice for a few days then it said I needed a oil change then my key fob battery was low and the spare they gave me was raggedy..then my truck started hesitating at take off and when I would turn and try to accelerate,,few weeks later the check engine light was came on and all this was less than 2 months of having it so I took it back to the dealership,,they said I needed a battery they tried to charge me $500 for that and they said I needed spark plugs they tried to charge almost $400 for that so I spoke to a manager there and told him I should not have to pay anything because I just got the truck not even 2 months ago so he ensured me that everything would be taken care of no charge so I got my truck back thinking it was fixed it wasn’t so I went back to the dealership again then the manager test drove my car saying oh it drives great it’s just the way the transmission shifts because that’s how they are made and I wasn’t the only person that had that complaint so ,,they never did my oil change nor did they give me a new battery for my truck,, I ended up getting my oil changed myself and then a few weeks later I had to replace the battery myself because they didn’t,,few more weeks go by and the check engine light came back on truck still hesitate,,come to find out the truck needs a air flow sensor,,how are you selling these vehicles messed up like this to people and then they use the lowest credit score so you have to pay more interest on your car payment because I knew what my credit score was when I went there and it wasn’t what they pulled up ,,, I will never in life recommend James Martin Chevy on Woodward and the Boulevard
