I feel like I have been taken advantage of I will

So after having the car for two 2 weeks the motor went out brought the car back yo the dealer they claimed they repaired the car picked up the vehicle and the engine light came back on as soon as I turned the ac on started hesitation and I'm back to square one again no car to drive and I called the service department to alert them

Highly professional yet real friendly. Amazing experience a of smooth non pressured transaction. Fred demonstrated honesty and knowledge mixed with hospitality and lots of smiles. Can't ask for any better.

Paying customer

I've had to bring my car back to you all four times and guess what it still is not right I had brakes put on all around my car and they could not get it right and I continue to call and let them know that I'm still having the same issues that I had before they put new brakes on my car I am very upset with this dealership I purchased my car from you guys I always had my vehicle service with you guys and everything is going to the dogs. At this point I feel you guys should be paying me. And yes I have talked with management they flipped me off like I'm a woman you don't know what you're talking about. Please someone contact me and accommodate me in some kind of way for my inconvenience and need to get this problem fixed because actually I'm still hearing that noise with my vehicle.

Great service, did everything to make sure they found the direct problem to be resolved, very transparent, personal and clear communication on my options. Do not forward with fixing problem until you say move forward.

I went there to look for a newly used car they let me test drive with no problem, they gave me other choices to choose from I am excited and ready to buy a newly used car because of them thank u again Chevy is my home.
