This was a pre-scheduled visit that was honored by the Service Dept. It was clean, orderly. I enjoyed meeting Mr. John Louis, who was personable and professional. My Trax got a fresh oil change, tire rotation, and other important filters. The Car Wash was out of order, so I'll return for that soon as possible. I was not told (or just didn't see a posting) about a credit card processing fee. But I'll remember it for any future visits.
