I’m always impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the personnel at Blackwell Ford.

My oil change last week using the works package was great! Blackwell Ford has been my dealer for years. And customer service person Earl was also great!

I was in the market for a midsized pickup truck, and shopped several brands--Nissan, Chevrolet/GMC and Ford. As a GM retiree, I wanted to give them the first shot. Sadly, it came down to the competitive trucks as my choices. I landed on the Ford Ranger as my final choice. I shopped two other Ford dealers before landing at Blackwell. I was fortunate to get Cary Crouch when I called. Cary was terrific to work with, and he quickly met my purchase needs. In fact, everyone at Blackwell were great (including Derek in finance) and the store itself is one of the nicest Ford dealerships in the area. I highly recommend Blackwell Ford and Cary Crouch for vehicle purchases.

The service people are great. I also really like the rewards program. I received a free oil change. That was a pleasant surprise. Thanks

The service department personnel were very helpful and courteous. My car was serviced earlier than was expected by me. I have been purchasing and having serviced multiple Ford cars from them over the years. I am well satisfied with them.

Blackwell Ford offered excellent service when we bought our new car. We found Rick, our sales consultant, professional, courteous, thorough, and easy to deal with. He really helped us understand the touchscreen in our Mustang GT. He coordinated our phone with the Mustang computer, arranged insurance, changed our plates, did so much more. We’re an older couple and could find buying a new car stressful but Rick made the wholeexperience very pleasant . Really great. Thank you Rick! Derek, the finance guy, was friendly and made difficult information understandable. We feel good about our insurance choices. Thank you Derek!
