One of the worst dealerships I've ever been to. Salesman did not know anything about models, trim packages, or incentives. In January of 2019, he tells... us that there are no incentives on the 2018 Escapes. That was a lie. He also said that no one is leasing the 2018 Escapes, purchase only. That was also a lie. Clueless and chewing his gum. Totally indifferent to us. Useless. Worse than useless. It would have been difficult for him to do **less** for us. Refused to give us a price on our trade in. We asked twice. We bought from North Bros. Ford. Go there.

Brent Dix, my salesperson was great! Efficient, friendly, was able to locate exact Explorer I wanted. Finance mgr was also very friendly and professional.... This is my 3rd leased Explorer From Blackwell since 2015.

Had the most amazing experience at Blackwell Ford with the recent purchase of our 2017 Ford Escape. Mark Cameron knowing how little time I had during... visits made sure that he had all the possible scenarios available when I walked in the door. I was truly able to sit down look at the figures and decide the next steps. He then got me sitting down with the finance manager who quickly was able to process our paperwork and get me approved and out the door. The entire staff that I dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely consider Blackwell Ford & Mark Cameron for the next purchase of a vehicle and will highly recommend him to others.
