Great experience on my recent purchase
I was extremely pleased with my entire truck buying experience. I am NOT someone who loves car dealerships, in fact, I dread them and probably typically not very nice to them. However, this dealership took the gamesmanship away, and I might change my narrative after dealing with them. I am definitely going back for my next purchase to at least give them a shot.

Outstanding experience at Bill Colwell Ford
Outstanding first-time customer experience. I don't normally fill out reviews but my experience at Bill Colwell Ford this weekend was amazing. We had done a ton of research, reviewed hundreds of F-150's online, narrowed it down to 6 in eastern Iowa we wanted to see and test drive (I'm fussy). Before ever visiting, I had noticed their online listings were excellent, very detailed, lots of good photos, and their prices were very competitive, better than other dealerships. When we arrived Michael Ollendick greeted us and was amazing to work with. He answered all our questions, was patient and fair. The entire visit was low stress and enjoyable. Imagine that. I would recommend Bill Colwell Ford to everyone, and the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll definitely be back.

Any person that buys a vehicle from this dealership you better do some investigating because of anything goes wrong with it it's on your head they won't back one use vehicle but they sell they sell more lemon used vehicles than anybody I know look for another dealer
