Went to them last year to buy a truck had a xxxx of a time working a deal with them . Didn’t make a deal in till after the bad review I gave them . Then they contacted me and worked with me . Ended up with a truck . Know this year I went back to upgrade . Trying to find newer with less miles . But same deal I got last year . They don’t want to give you xxxx for your truck and want top dollar for there’s . They give one price and that’s it . Will not work with you at all . So here I am writing another bad review about them . May it will work like it did last year and they will at least try to work with me . I know the more they get from me for a truck the better they look . But don’t start as high as you can and not work with people . They probably would sell a lot more trucks .

Terrible Salesman, great facility.
Worst salesman I've ever delt with. We agreed upon a price before I made my 3-hour journey. I see the truck, test drive it and was more than happy. When we are halfway through the paperwork, the salesman says they are going to have to charge me $100 over our agreement. Not a big deal, but it came off completely unprofessional and conniving when he literally became tongue tied when I asked him why. Hopefully this salesman was a one-off. The overall dealership was fantastic, and I was very pleased with the truck.

Great dealership for a remote buying experience!
I called about a car I found on their website and arranged a virtual tour since I’m from out of town. Unbeknownst to the scheduler, another customer had arranged a time to look at it just ahead of me. They were extremely apologetic and handled the situation very professionally, trying their best to be fair to everyone involved. The customer ultimately chose a different vehicle and the salesman immediately called me to do a FaceTime video where he was extremely thorough, making sure to point out every tiny ding and scratch so there would be no surprises when we saw the vehicle in person. We drove up that day and purchased the car. Everything was as described. I had previously called several other dealerships in this heated buying environment and none of them were willing to work with us out of town like Bill Colwell’s. Thank you!

Oil change
I wouldn't get my oil change anywhere else. Super Service and very friendly employees and including the scheduler. Always take care of my issues.

Went to the dealership to check out a car for my nephew...
Went to the dealership to check out a car for my nephew who lives out of state. The car checked out nice and I told my nephew so he called the dealership the next day to purchase the car and was told that it had been sold. A week later the car is still on the lot and still for sale. I thought they were in the business of selling cars but evidently I was wrong.

Great experience on my recent purchase
I was extremely pleased with my entire truck buying experience. I am NOT someone who loves car dealerships, in fact, I dread them and probably typically not very nice to them. However, this dealership took the gamesmanship away, and I might change my narrative after dealing with them. I am definitely going back for my next purchase to at least give them a shot.
