Looking for used vehicle found them on line.

Looking for used vehicle found them on line. Vehicle was priced on market place called made appt.to look-drive took off work drove 3hrs.took test drive had a vibration and check engine light came on test drive. Then they told me it was 3000.oo higher on price that was listed on line (BAIT+SWITCH) WAS NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME OR AT LEASTMADE EFFORT TO TELL ME THEY WERE GOING UP IN PRICE AND NOT WASTED MY TIME AND FUEL.

The best vehicle shopping experience we have ever had!

The best vehicle shopping experience we have ever had! I was looking for a hard to find combination of features on a new F-150 and they had exactly what I was looking for in their huge inventory. Lucas Segerstrom is an excellent sales rep, he explained all the features and is very knowledgeable. The trade allowance was very generous. The finance team was also excellent, knowledgeable and made the experience actually enjoyable!

Go some where else .

Go some where else . Negative three stars . I could do a better job of selling vehicles then most of them out there . Played the game a few times they act like you are stupid . And try to fill you with a lot of bull . Maybe I need to buy a Chevy truck

I will give my salesperson, Lucas Segerstrom, a 5 star

I will give my salesperson, Lucas Segerstrom, a 5 star rating. Lucas did a great job in connecting my price with his management team. I do not like haggling over prices and found Colwell to be a typical dealership where a 3rd person has to finalize the deal. The last 3 vehicles I have bought from another dealership and the salesperson/original contact person was able to appraise my trade and and tell me the "bottom" dollar difference. A pretty simple procedure...walk in and buy or walk away. Unfortunately for me, the other dealerships inventory was limited and consequently I had to look elsewhere and that turned out to be Colwell. Again, considering the Colwell way...Lucas did a great job!

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F350 6.7L Super Duty from Bill Colwell Ford, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Dakota Even was my salesperson, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect truck for my needs. Dakota was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff was professional and courteous. Right car, right price

I was extremely pleased with how this purchase was handled. I felt the offer made for our trade in was generous. There were several other incentives applied. Best of all, we wanted a new red Ford Edge and they had four to choose from. One of those had the exact options I wanted without a lot of other options that would have made the car too expensive had those been included. Our salesman, Lucas Segerstrom, walked us through the offer, answered all our questions and there was never any pressure to purchase. We were able to agree on the price and are very happy with the car and this particular car buying experience.

Very broken.

I'll make this short. I'm not going to say what all happened multiple times because it was right from the depths of xxxx. If you don't want your vehicle to have alot more problems leaving than when it showed up don't go here. Pray for this place. It is very broken. VERY BROKEN.
