Inquired about a car and got my first response about an hour later. Emailed the salesman directly and never heard back after contacting him twice. No follow up from the dealership either. I’ll steer clear of this place in the future.

Purchased a jeep but could not pick up when paperwork was signed because it still was in the shop getting the inspection and repairs done. 3 weeks later picked it up and brought it home. There is no way they had it inspected. The battery was bad, power steering steering fluid pouring out of it, tons of engine lights on, 4 wheel drive didn't work and front drive shaft missing. Reported the issues and they were to get me a loaner and repair mine properly. 3 weeks later they finally brought a loaner and picked my jeep up. "Fixed it" and returned it. As soon as they pull in he driveway we could already see the power steering fluid pouring out of it still. Called and they told me to take it to a local shop get an estimate and they would pay for the repairs. Sent the estimate and now they want to order the parts and send them to a local shop and pay someone for labor only. Today the death wobble started and now after only having the jeep for 2 months all the front suspension needs replaced. Worst company ever selling crap vehicles .

I drove from Iowa with my trade in, and wanted to purchase a Jeep…got very bad treatment, had a VERY BAD experience and was sold a Jeep that ended up having no spare tire, floor mats, had broken glass inside it, etc. To add to this experience this Wrangler was a 🍋 LEMON! Amazingly they stopped returning any calls from me, and would not give me any help…

Was mislead the 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk Elite I purchased in January of 2019 with 8 miles was used so I lost out on the Jeep Wave and other extras. It was not cleaned and when I showed the emails that said it would be the owner went from belittling me to run it through a car wash. Then I find out it had $3,000 worth of hail damage repairs. I requested a tire and wheel warranty and when I made a claim there was no warranty. They said the FCA dropped the ball and then they only do a two year term the paperwork I took to get the loan shows a 5 year term I asked for the longest one and the salesperson who kept forgetting something about every time was clueless. Maximum time is 7 years no mileage. The salesman writes 155,000 miles as the term no such thing. Now it is going to be settled in court because I have a damaged tire They played the odds hoping no claim would be made and pocket the cost for the warranty. I learned always use email to exchange information

Bought many cars from this dealer over the years mostly because we can count on them to do the right thing. An informed customer can be reasonably assured that they will get a fair price, respectful treatment, honest and straight-forward information, and most importantly they they will do what they said they would do.

I read the other reviews and was a little skeptical. Well, I can tell you they must be under new/different/better management because non of those old opinions were true!!! Honest, accurate, fast, and polite! Old car dealership methods are dead. New style when people truly come first are here and hopefully to stay. Thank you all!

Don't bring your Jeep here they take your money and leave you walking can't believe a dealership operates business like this put a part on my Jeep two days later I'm in same spot called other places and they said That said they can't believe they didn't know what I need tried to meet them half way and they said to bad not their problem I'm calling BBB

Alex Wilson is a liar, crook and a fraud. He stole $3000 dollars from me. Dont buy from him there are other dealerships out there who wont steal from you.
