This is the second vehicle we have bought from them, the first being a Dodge Caravan. Sadly, the caravan was totaled in an accident so we had to start looking for a new car. After searching online, we found a vehicle that matched the criteria we had, a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Dan went above and beyond, again, for us to make sure it was within our budget and that we were going to be happy with it. One of my companies service vans became unusable in the Albany area. After searching the internet for used vehicles in our required condition and price range, I found one right here in Ithaca that led me to a deal with Tom Pritchard. After discussing our situation, I told Tom I was looking for a win/win deal. After a short congenial negotiation, we came to a deal that worked for both of us. When Tom was attaching the new plates, I discovered a crack in the windshield that wasn't there on my previous visit, apparently due to a chip that cracked from the cold weather. We postponed the delivery until after the weekend and he had Choice Auto Glass there early Monday to have it quickly replaced without question. He wanted the vehicle right before it left the dealership. I was pleased with the deal, Tom and the whole Prichard Team. They followed up a few weeks later to ensure I was happy. I would recommend their "Old Time" way of making a deal to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. No pressure, easy to work with.

The folks at Pritchard have been servicing my car for several years, mostly routine maintenance things. Recently there was an odd noise in the front end ... they took the time to work through and properly diagnosis the problem. Their prices are fair. I've never felt I was being oversold or steered wrong.

I had a brake problem. Prichard's service guys fixed it and didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. I'm happy.

I regularly used Pritchard's for service many years ago when I had Dodge products. I switched to a new car dealer when I bought another brand and then they closed. I switched to a local repair shop in Groton and then they closed. I needed good, trustworthy service on three older vehicles and returned to Pritchard's two years ago. I have been very happy with all aspects of their service on our vehicles and even bought a used car for our granddaughter there this past year. My wife's grandfather always traded at Pritchard's and had all his service done there so that makes five generations in our family that have done business there. There are few family businesses that have been around to serve five generations, but Pritchard's is prime example that quality counts.
