I worked with Rob in sales.

I worked with Rob in sales. I told him I did not want a pushy salesperson and he obliged with just a couple of regular misinformation items(eg. I'm losing money on this deal). That was the good part of the experience. The loan agent almost tanked the deal for me. He pushed hard as a salesperson for buying a warranty. I do not have a problem saying no, but then he changed to scare tactic (has opposite affect on me) saying the car would break down and I needed the warranty. My trade-in was mechanically fine so I almost just kept my car. He was also condescending to me. I just wanted to get away from him. Get pre-approved and skip the agent.

Cecil was great from the start and helped us locate a

Cecil was great from the start and helped us locate a vehicle to replace our totaled car. Service was very friendly and fast as could be. The used vehicle having just showed up to the lot was cleaned out nicely and washed before handed over. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle!

Wish 0 stars was an option Buyer Beware!

Wish 0 stars was an option Buyer Beware! I spent over 100,000 on a ford transit (purchased here) and conversion by Waggin Tails for my mobile pet grooming company in Georgia. Everything seemed fine to begin with however, the salesman Bill Ball was asleep at the wheel and the title department lady whose name I don’t know but is incredibly rude. Told me I will get my plates when I get them. This was 90 days ago so obviously I have an illegal vehicle not registered no taxes paid and it seems that Ziegler has stolen my tax money because they were paid in full but have not paid it to my county so I cannot legally drive this hundred thousand dollar plus vehicle that they sold me! I get lots of lip service from Brent Warner (who I gave the opportunity to make it right) he chose not to fix the situation and just go on vacation. So here I am 90 days later my taxes aren’t paid. I do not have a tag and I cannot drive this vehicle so I cannot pay my employee who uses this vehicle to work. Please do yourself a favor and run from this dealership, there’s got to be someone better in this area. I am from out of state, but this stuff does not fly in Georgia where I live. I would also recommend you do not do business with Waggin Tails if they are still doing business with Ziegler because they have been made well aware of the situation and have done nothing to rectify it! Think about it how would you feel if you bought a brand new new car and you couldn’t drive it because the dealership stole your tax money and didn’t take care of your tags as they are obligated to do?

I was so happy and relieved I had been to Ziegler in Lowell where I felt ripped off here I felt like a valued customer even though I bought one of the oldest, cheapest car on the lot! Grant did a great job!

Seemed as if the salesman had better things to do that to

Seemed as if the salesman had better things to do that to sell me a truck. He didn’t really want to negotiate on any vehicles. The only good news that his lack of wanting to work with us, I found a truck at Tapper Ford in Paw Paw Michigan. They were great to work with. Bought a 2015 F150 the same day.
