We are on our fourth vehicle from Riley Subaru
We are on our fourth vehicle from Riley Subaru Dealership. Everyone has been great from the Sales staff & Management to our Service Delivery Dept. and being pet parents we love seeing their four-legged mascots King and Summer. They really take care of us and they really helped us out with our newest leased vehicle. Rich Herrig is excellent, he was very instrumental in getting us into our new Ascent.

Paint repair in body shop. Everyone at Riley kept me informed and performed the repairs quickly and efficiently; they were also friendly and made me feel appreciated. The car was returned to me looking beautiful. In addition, the dealership provided me with a loaner car at no cost to me.

This dealership is always on top of what my Subaru
This dealership is always on top of what my Subaru Forester might be needing above and beyond the reason (scheduled service) as was requested. They are timely and seem pretty fair in their pricing. And they communicate considerately and timely when extra needs appear. It's a great dealership with wonderful staffing. I've worked with them for years and for many years wanted to see Subaru's. But then I married and didn't have time. Having an automobile that is the tops in all categories plus this great dealership, can't be beat and I don't take them for granted!

I have purchased two cars from Riley Subaru and there is always good service & staff. The issue I took my car in for recently though didn't really get resolved and was told what I am hearing is normal. I've always been very pleased with my Subaru vehicles but this issue, whining sound from engine compartment, started after a little over a year of ownership. Still under warranty but this is a nagging problem.
