The guys in the service department - Chas, Sam, and Jakob - are always friendly. They are truly concerned about our 2 Subaru?s. They explain repairs,... recommend suggested repairs, and make sure we are satisfied with the work done on our vehicles.

Worst of the worst. People I would run away from this company. It's the biggest scam company I have ever worked with. The sell process is a joke and they... have nothing but very pushy salespeople. The service department will try to screw you out of every penny they can get from you.I cancelled my extended warranty because they wouldn't cover anything. If I could give this company a negative 5 I would. Will never ever buy another car from them.

Bought a car for our daughter. Salesman closing the deal pushed us to buy the warranty “because it covers bumper to bumper and it’s the best in the car... industry”. Car has been in to have the axel replaced as the noise continued from the test drive. We were assured the mechanic and salesman didn’t hear anything but to bring it back if we did again. Turned out to be the axel which the “warranty” doesn’t cover. Then the RPM was reading off and shifting funny. They ran diagnostic and said the cluster needed to be replaced also NOT covered by the salesman’s amazing warranty. That was a $744.00 bill. They also said the inhibitor switch needed to be replaced, invoice says it was done and charge for but less than a week later the car wouldn’t start. Service manager told my daughter to “put the car in neutral and try starting it. If it starts, it’s the inhibitor switch and probably needs to be adjusted”. This is how she has to start the car every time. She tried using the A/C for the first time a couple weeks ago again and, of course it doesn’t work now either and she’s to afraid to take it there because it costs her money that a 22 year old doesn’t have. This has ALL occurred in the first 6 months of purchasing this car. So disappointed with this company. I want that crapping warranty we purchased refunded.
