terrible experience.

terrible experience. i'd not recommend their 'budget lot' to anyone. drove 6 hours one way to look at a car, only to find that the hood, and both front fenders had been replaced-- painted terribly, not clear coated, and were chipping like crazy. yet the car had a clear 'carfax' and was 'not in a wreck'. laughble. to top that off, the transmission was leaking, the interior smelt of mice droppings, and it needs a new timing belt-- all for 9k pre tax and fees. lovely. but hey, the salesman assured me that 'they wouldn't do me wrong' if the timing belt broke on the 6 hour drive home, and the motor catastrophically failed. yeah.. i'd believe that, just like i'd believe him when he said the car hadn't been in an accident.. and the transmission wasn't leaking, it was only 'transmission residue' 'according to the service writeup'. if the dude wouldve been more upfront w me before i went out there, instead of trying to hide xxxx, i would've have even gone.

BAIT & SWITCH

The salesman and I had been talking for 2 days about me driving down to test drive a vehicle. I'm halfway to Sioux City and he calls me to tell my they're adding a not optional $6k tire upgrade to the vehicle. BAIT & SWITCH baloney

Jayden was honest and helpful in the car buying

Jayden was honest and helpful in the car buying experience. I flew to Omaha and he drove more than an hour to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Car was as described. I would do business with him again.

They lie about the car's condition!!!

Worst dealership ever! They show you "inspections" that they do in the cars and sell them to you, saying everything is fine, but it is not. I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra with "no problems according to inspection," I had to go back a day later because the car had an engine, breaks, and airbag problems. I returned the car. The worst part is that the car is on their website for sale AGAIN, and they didn't write any problems about it AGAIN. I asked the manager of sales - Wendy - and she told me THEY DONT HAVE ANY OBLIGATIONS to say everything about the car's condition.

Fix Or Repair Daily (FORD)

My F250 has been in the shop for repair for a check engine light 3 times. The first time I was told I didn't drive it enough and the DEF had crystalized and caused the light to come on. They fixed it and I paid $234. A few months later I got a recall notice from Ford for the check engine light. I took it in to Sioux City Ford. They re-programmed the code at no charge. 2 months later the check engine light came on with a 50 mile warning. I took it in to Sioux City Ford. They kept the truck 3 days. I got a call saying Ford had told them to re-program a code and to make sure it would work the tech wanted to drive the truck home some 25 miles away to make sure it worked. I got a call the truck could be picked up. I was asked to pay another $185 for the reprogramming. I stated it should have been covered by the first repair since it had only been 150 miles. The service advisor agreed. One month later the service advisor called to say that charge was not covered and I owed $185. Ford has known about the problem with the F250's for 5 years. They still haven't come up with a permanent fix and the dealers like Sioux City Ford keep reprogramming. This is totally Unacceptable.

I had my 2013 Ford Edge to Sioux city Ford on Wednesday...

I had my 2013 Ford Edge to Sioux city Ford on Wednesday nite . I called Sioux City Ford Thursday morning , talked to Brandon he said he would get the SUV in to check what was wrong . He called me back later , told me it my vacuum assist brake pod . He said he had to order part . It would be in Friday . So I knew that it would Monday until they could work on it . So I called Monday at 8:30 to talk to Seth , he was at his desk so I had to leave message to call me back . I waited until 9:30 for a call back , so I called Seth said it was in the shop working on it . I waited until 12:20 so I called again but no Seth again he was out to lunch , so again I left a message with a guy that answered the phone , he said he would tell him I called . Finally at 3:30 I get a call from Seth said my SUV was done . So When I pick it up they tried to charge me $900.00 dollars . Cause they received bad parts three times , and I get shop labor charged for . If I knew they would charge me that much I would have done the work my self . I figured around $400:00 . But $900.00 .I could put a down payment on a new vehicle instead . But no more I will go to LeMars or Akron or Billion Auto . Maybe even Tires Tires Tires .

We had an emergency breakdown (lost a left front axle) on...

We had an emergency breakdown (lost a left front axle) on a road trip just outside of Sioux City. I called the Sioux City dealership as it was under warranty. This dealership said they could not get me in as they had no openings. I was stranded and was forced to go to a non-Ford repair shop and have the truck fixed. Then the 4WD went out. Managed to get it back home to my local dealership (Anderson Ford) and they are now saying the repair will not be covered by the warranty because the other shop used a non-OEM part! I paid $2K for the Premium Care warranty from the dealership!! FORD is a crooked outfit that does not stand behind it's warranty! Never again will I buy a FORD!!!
