We were interested in purchasing a CPO Subaru, and Twin

We were interested in purchasing a CPO Subaru, and Twin Falls Subaru made it beyond easy. Their communication was friendly, upfront and quick. Kaden and Esmeralda made the whole sales process easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend!

The entire transaction was a big surprise.

The entire transaction was a big surprise. No hassle, great explanations, easy process, friendly and knowledgeable. The two hour drive was well worth the effort.

The Swanson family is extremely pleased with Christina

The Swanson family is extremely pleased with Christina Christensen's help in finding the perfect Subaru for my husband and I and also our son's WRX! She was so helpful as with all of the staff at Subaru! Everyone was so kind and patient and willing to meet all of our financial needs. We definitively recommend Twin Falls Idaho Subaru!

Beware of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership!

Beware of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership! Have car gone over with your own mechanic before purchasing. Currently at $8000 in repairs on a car within 6 mo of purchase.

I went into Subaru on 12/11/2023 because I was told they

I went into Subaru on 12/11/2023 because I was told they are amazing. The day seemed to be going great as they appraised my trade in for $2800. However, Christian Vargas did a blind sale on me, sent me on my way and here we are 2 wks passed the 11th, and still no financing. Then I told Christian I wanted the purchase agreement on Dec 22 because my bank was willing to pick up the loan. Because of their greed to make a sale, they lied to my bank about what I pd in cash for a down aside from the $2800 given for my trade in, and didn't sign the purchase agreement intentionally making it void. My bank denied the financing due to this. They reported I put $1000 down, but on my purchase agreement receipt and a hand written receipt it shows the true amount I pd which is $1500. That is not how you do business. Poor business practice and very unprofessional. My contract however that is signed by myself and Christian shows that my creditor is out of Utah. I hope your greed taught you a lesson. I would hope that JT in management would not allow this for future as you are allowing your salesman to do poor bisiness in a small town.

What a great group of people to work with The people

What a great group of people to work with The people are a top notch group. The sales manager Brandon McGinnis is one of the best. The sales man that helped us is a great young man.I wish more car dealers did business the way Twin Falls Subaru does. Thank You.

Service department is stellar.

Service department is stellar. They honestly know customer service. Brian Holt and Jordon Egbert and the team went above and beyond. The dealership should learn from the service department. You did everything you said and more.
