Had a horrible experience at #ronbouchards.

Had a horrible experience at #ronbouchards. I bought a Chevy truck from Ron Bouchard in Fitchburg. I’ve had nothing but issues. I was sold an aftermarket warranty when I bought the truck only to have an internal engine issue that I’ve put $800 of my own money into between rentals and diagnostic fees only to be told that they can’t work on my vehicle and it needs to go to Chevy. I’m not sure why you would sell a car and upsell a warranty only to not be able to work on it. In addition I was never offered a rental but was told not to drive the car. Too many more issues with them to type out but just a horrible experience.

Derek was very friendly, knowledgeable and super humble

Derek was very friendly, knowledgeable and super humble throughout my whole experience. The whole team there made sure I was very satisfied with the purchase.

They care about their customers.

I just brought home my new-to-me 2017 Volvo from Ron Bouchard Chrysler Dodge Ram, and I love it! What made this car-buying experience so positive was the time and care salesperson Derek Torres and Manager Bill demonstrated toward me. New truck purchase from Ron Bouchard's

My salesman, Kwamy McKinnon, was great to work with. He was pleasant and helpful and made the task of purchasing a new vehicle easy and enjoyable. He had a great personality that left a positive impression. I've been dealing with this dealership for many years and are a 3 vehicle family. They have always been helpful and easy to deal with.

Purchasing 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn

It was a very smooth buying process with the salesman Derek Torres,,if I would have had the title to my trade in I could have taken it home the same day

buying at Ron's Bouchard's

I went to Ron Bouchard's in fitchburg just to browse came out with a brand new 2023 1500 thanks to Kwamy McKinnon very respectful and outgoing not pushey at all! guy is awesome .

Outstanding dealership experience

young man named Jacob was my sales person. He was an absolute unit in terms of his product knowledge and absolute professionalism as a sales person and this dude is chill AF. Every single dealership I have ever walked into whether buying a vehicle myself or accompanying someone, you can clearly see that even if the sales people are friendly with each other, it feels more like a cordial rivalry you have with someone on an opposing team but at the end of the day, these people are competing against each other and would not hesitate to throw another person underneath the bus. You do not get that feeling at all when you walk into this dealership. Not only do they make the customer feel welcome by how they interact with customers but when you see how they interact with each other with a heavy level of respect and camaraderie, you understand that you're in a good place and not in a typical dog eat dog type dealership environment which is what almost at 100% of dealership have. Because I spent 12 years in the army and I am still a registered paramedic despite being in medical school currently, I had my heart dead set on a ram 1500 Big Horn built to serve special Limited addition. Evan Andries was the BDC Rep I first made contact with and then Jason took over. They were in constant communication because while they knew they were going to be getting one of these special edition vehicles from the factory, it was not at all certain because it wasn't even close to when it would be in production. I'm talking this conversation started months ago. They kept me updated throughout the process and when the vehicle was on its way to the dealership, they made contact with me. Not only did I get a great deal and had an amazing delivery experience but they gave me above and beyond what my trade was worth. They also give a discount which is not something that normally happens on a special edition vehicle. I worked in car sales myself for many years and I have accompanied a lot of friends and family when they bought their own vehicles. I can honestly say that while this dealership doesn't have flashy amenities like massage chairs and a refreshment bar for customers, it more than makes up for that because it is the best run dealership that I have ever walked into from any brand. Everything from top level management down to the lowest level minion they have are so polite that level of politeness is not normally found in areas of the country that are not in the deep south. That's how well they take care of customers. I have been in many outstanding dealerships but this beats the lot by a big margin. Also, I encountered several of their service people and I always observe people around me even if I am not interacting with them as a habit of my military service. They have an outstanding and amazing service department. I I got a long extraordinarily well and the customer service that their female service tech provided to me was amazing. She is an absolute peach and I can't remember her exact name but I wanted to make sure that I made mention of her outstanding customer service and making me feel welcome in this review. I would also like to mention that the finance guy is so good and such a good man as well. When I walked into his little finance office, I didn't get the impression that everyone gets when dealing with automobile financiers that they are going to bend you over a barrel to make profit on the back end. Brianna is one of the sales managers and she is an amazing woman and handled me with absolute care and I know I can be a pain in the butt in terms of being a customer. The GM is amazing. I'm not sure if the gym is Mr. Hunter but that man and everyone that I've mentioned here deserves the biggest of bonuses. I am a first time pick up truck owner and even though I drove every vehicle under the sun including pick up trucks in the military, I am an absolute idiot when it comes to consumer pick up trucks and he was very patient with me.

Derek was great.

Derek from Ron Bouchard was super. I made an out of state purchase that required integrity and top notch communication. He sent over very detailed videos and gave an accurate description of the vehicle.
